Welcome to our charming urban retreat, designed to offer a seamless and comfortable stay for up to three guests. Forget all your worries in this peaceful and spacious accommodation. As you arrive, you’ll appreciate the convenience of free on-site parking and a private entrance that leads directly into your space, providing a true sense of privacy.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience, and we provide all essential items like towels, sheets, soap, and toilet paper, as well as hangers to help you settle in.

Note: There is an extra 15 dollars per night per animal for the entire stay.

Inside, the space is fully equipped for your needs, whether you're relaxing or catching up on work. The living area includes a television with an Ethernet connection for easy streaming and entertainment. For business or remote work, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and a dedicated workspace is ready for you. You'll have access to a full kitchen with all the essentials like cookware, oil, salt, and pepper, allowing you to prepare your own meals.

Step outside to enjoy the weather on your outdoor dining area. Our home is also pet-friendly, welcoming your furry companions to join you on your trip. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating for your comfort in any season, and for your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Note: The cameras cover the front and rear of the building in addition to covering the entrance to the building to ensure everyone's safety. NO cameras are installed inside the accommodations.

We’re happy to host pets! To cover the extra cleaning required after pet stays, a $100 pet cleaning fee applies. This fee is due on or before check-in.

Ces éléments échappent entièrement à notre contrôle. Aucun dédommagement ou réduction de loyer ne sera accordé en cas d’interruption, de défaillance ou de qualité insatisfaisante du service.
Il est également important de noter que le nombre d’utilisateurs connectés simultanément et leur utilisation de la bande passante peuvent affecter la performance du réseau.
Si le service ne répond pas à vos besoins, vous êtes libre de souscrire un service personnel à vos frais.

Access to wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) and television is provided free of charge as a courtesy to tenants. However, the landlord cannot be held responsible for any service interruptions, outages, reduced speed, or maintenance periods carried out by the service provider. These matters are entirely beyond our control. No compensation or rent reduction will be granted in the event of service failure or dissatisfaction with the quality of service.
Please also note that network performance may be affected by the number of users connected simultaneously and their use of available bandwidth.
If the service does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to subscribe to your own service at your own expense.
