Oceanview Rückzug im Herzen von Wrightsville Beach und nur wenige Schritte zum Sand! Im Jahr 2018 komplett renoviert und brandneu im Ferienhausmarkt.

Diese 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Vollbad Wrightsville Beach Meerblick Duplex ist ideal für Versammlungen von Familien und Freunden. Genießen Sie einen morgendlichen Kaffee oder Cocktails am Abend, während Sie sich auf der großen Terrasse neben dem Wohnzimmer oder dem Hauptschlafzimmer entspannen. Geräumige offene Grundriss verbindet Wohnbereich, Essbereich und Küche in einem komfortablen unterhaltsamen Raum, der leicht auf die Oceanview Deck mit einem Gasgrill für das Kochen im Freien fließt. Sitzplätze für 8 im Essbereich + Platz für 4 Personen an der Küchenbar.

1. Ebene hat einen separaten Sitzbereich mit großem TV, 2. Ebene hat 2 Schlafzimmer + 2 Vollbäder, 3. Ebene umfasst die Hauptwohnfläche + 1 Schlafzimmer + 1 Vollbad, Top-Level hat 1 Schlafzimmer + 1 Vollbad. Flachbild-LCD-Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer. Großzügige Einfahrt mit Parkplatz für 3-4 Fahrzeuge (je nach Größe). Private, komplett geschlossene Außendusche. Aufzug bietet Komfort beim Transport von Gepäck und Essen.

INKLUSIVE: WIFI, Reinigung, voll ausgestattete Küche, Papierwaren und ALLE Bettwäsche, einschließlich aller Bettwäsche + Bad + Strandtücher, um Ihnen die Mühe / Kosten zu sparen, sie separat zu mieten ($ 200-300 + Wert)! Bei Ihrer Ankunft werden die Betten mit frischer Bettwäsche bezogen und komplette flauschige Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Beach-Bikes, Kühler, Strandwagen und Strand-Zubehör sind ebenfalls für Ihren Genuss zur Verfügung gestellt.

Great location very close to the beach!

We had a great time and everything was clean & nice. Great location and it was very peaceful and quiet. Thank goodness for the elevator because there are a lot of steps when going between floors.

Perfect location at WB. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was very nice. Not the cleanest place, but one must expect that with a dog friendly property. I would recommend this property of dog owners

Perfect Property

My family and I stayed at the Ocean Escape for my daughter’s graduation at UNCW. The property was perfect. It was exactly as described and has everything we needed for our 5 nights. Communication with the property manager was excellent and check-in and out was flawless. The elevator was perfect for my elderly father who was able to join us for the celebration. The location is perfect. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. Everything you could ask for. I would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location but could have been cleaner. As advertised, we were steps away from the beach which was great. The house was overall nice but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of it. There was dog pee on stairs on the carpet, mold in the showers, balls of hair and dust in the closets and worse of all ants crawling out of an outlet in the kitchen! The management company was very responsive to our issues. My daughter almost fell out of the unsteady highchair so they promptly brought another one. There was only 1 baby gate provide for 5 areas that needed gates but they did bring over a few new gates quickly, which were not the best gates but provided minimal protection.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was perfect! Our daughter was getting married so we rented this place to accommodate our family and friends. Salty Dog had everything we needed. I liked the fact that it had 3 floors, and let each guest have privacy space. We grilled on the deck several times including New Years Day. We will rent this place again.

Proximity to ocean FANTASTIC

The first night impossible to sleep even w/ AC on and windows closed. Party next door & very early party prep for a huge road race. Cooking at home was not easy. Dishwasher never worked. Even after repair. Ancient coffee machine was quickly replaced by a Mr. Coffee. Washer/dryer extremely noisy . Due to be serviced. Otherwise the house was fine. Love Wrightsville Beach. Very dog friendly!!!

not what i expected

In our opinion we were disappointed in condition of the place, stained rugs, peeling paint, One of 2 large burners on the stove did not work, was promised maintenance first thing in the morning, took all day for them to come out and it was not repairable. The lock did not work on arrival. The bbq grill was rusted and disgusting . for a 4 br place the cooking supplies were inadequate. The largest fry pan was 10 inches and the surface was such it made it impossible to fry an egg. The toaster was falling apart and temperamental. The smallest soup/salad bowl was way too big for that purpose. It was difficult to see what was "newly renovated"

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We asked for early check-in and were told it was a possibility as the people before us left early....didn't happen. There were coffee grounds in the coffee pot when we got there. There was excessive dog hair on master bedroom bedspread. Bath mats are needed for getting out of a wet shower/bath. Broom and dustpan are recommended to sweep up sand during week. Hot pads are needed for getting things out of oven. There was no hose outside for washing off sand as specified on house rules, only a spigot. Had a few problems breaker for Refrig and A/c, the maintenance people were very good with taking care of it immediately. House was convenient to beach and town. Would rent again.

Fantastic location

Booked for spring break with my in-laws and their children, 8 total people and and our dog, this rental had more than enough room for all of us to spread out. Each room having its own bathroom was helpful and the location, right off of the public access, the Loop, Johnny Mercer’s pier and walking distance to great restaurants, was absolutely perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a very challenging year on numerous fronts, the Salty Dog provided the perfect retreat for our family to spend some quality time together. The location was absolutely perfect and was minutes from the beach. We were able to enjoy the beauty of the ocean and some spectacular sunrises on the beach as well as from the decks of the property. Also, it was perfect for walking-so close to the Wrightsville Loop and to town. Our dogs loved it! A wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores and shops were a short drive away. The location was ideal! The property itself was exactly as described. It was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings were beautiful and the layout was ideal for families to enjoy activities together but yet have the privacy of individual bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the closets were large, providing excellent storage. The kitchen was well equipped with a wide variety of the necessary essentials. An added bonus were the bikes and beach essentials. The elevator made it so convenient for transporting luggage and groceries. Property Management was the best-both during booking and after we arrived. Tracy was fantastic and was available fir every need. I would highly recommend this property and management company to friends and family. Our visit to the Salty Dog made our Christmas and New Years very special!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying at Salty Dog for our recent fall getaway. The house is very comfortable and well-stocked (kitchenware, towels, etc.). Bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and other necessary fun items are also supplied. Very convenient location - cottage is 1 minute walk to the beach (if you walk really slowly) - can easily hear the waves while sitting on the decks. 1 block from N Lumina which gives you direct access to the “The Loop” (~2.5 mile walk around Wrightsville Beach) and 10 minute walk (or 3 minute ride) over the Banks Channel to kayak & paddleboard rentals.Dog-friendly property which was also key for us.SeaScape Realty folks were extremely helpful from start to finish, including prompt & efficient handling of a minor repair issue during our visit.Would definitely stay here again!

Never Wanted to Leave!

We felt at home the minute we got there and loved being able to practically walk out the front door and be on the beach.

get away from the house

The house was exactly as advertised. Great location. We did have a few maintenance issues identified on the evening we arrived. All were resolved by noon the next day. Really excellent customer service. This, as well as the many beautiful properties this Management service lists, will have us coming back!

Just perfect

We came to town for our daughters wedding with family and friends. This house was absolutely perfect for us and everything we could need was provided. We had the perfect beach weather from 9/11-18 Hope to be back again❤️

A few suggestions & observations

Asked for early check-n. Was told it was a high possibility as tenants moved out early. Never happened. Coffee grounds were found in coffee appliance when we arrived. Dog hair was all over the place. Looked under living area sofa cushions to see if it was a sofa bed, excessive dog hair found along with food crumbs. Looked under first floor sofa cushions to also see if a sofa bed, found a dog collar. Excessive dog hair found on master bedroom bedspread. No extra light bulbs found anywhere in house for blown out bulbs. Dust pan & brush suggested for quick sand removal on floors in rental as well as hot pads for oven, shower mats for stepping on after shower/ bath, hose needed outside for washing sand off chairs, toys, sidewalk. Enjoyed the house over all.
