A security deposit of 2000 AED will be required before your stay. We will send you a secure, separate link to make the payment directly to Silkhaus. The deposit is fully refundable after checkout, provided no damages are reported during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 days after checkout, and the time it takes for the amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your financial institution.



This unit is pet-friendly.

Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, specifying the type and size, so we can ensure the unit is suitable for both you and your companion. Please note that if you choose to bring your pet, an additional AED 300 cleaning fee applies to ensure the home is thoroughly deep cleaned and perfectly prepared for our next guest.



Please note: Construction activities nearby may cause occasional noise disturbances within the apartment.

Please share your arrival time, as in-person check-in at the tower is required by building management. We’ll be there to assist and welcome you!

Also kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional 200AED charge.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check-in and meet our obligations with the Tourism Authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check-in form (in the confirmation email).

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:

1- notify the building security to allow you in

2- register your stay with tourism authorities



The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check-out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.



Silkhaus does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
