Blue Haven is a stunning 5-bedroom, 6-bath lakefront retreat located in the heart of Deep Creek Lake. Perfect for family gatherings or group getaways, this spacious home combines modern comforts with lakeside relaxation. (Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome!) Step into the inviting living room, where a cozy fireplace sets the tone for relaxing evenings. The well-equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it easy to gather for shared meals. A king bedroom suite on this level provides both comfort and convenience. Upstairs, you'll find three additional king bedroom suites, each designed for privacy and comfort. A sitting area with a desk and chair makes this floor ideal for catching up on work or enjoying a quiet reading nook. The top level is perfect for kids and teens with a spacious bedroom featuring two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds—plenty of room for sleepovers and late-night laughs. The fun continues downstairs on the lower level , where a foosball table and air hockey table provide hours of entertainment.

Blue Haven truly shines outdoors. Step onto the spacious deck overlooking the lake, complete with plenty of seating, outdoor dining space, gas grills, and a bubbling hot tub. A private path leads directly to your boat slip, giving you easy access to endless water adventures. Whether you're visiting in the summer for boating and swimming, or in the winter for nearby skiing and cozy fireside nights, Blue Haven is your perfect Deep Creek Lake escape.

THIS HOME does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. Be advised that this home has a exterior cameras on the front yard, garage, driveway, front door, and dock. Access to shed by the lake and garage are not available. Maximum 5 parking spaces.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. No pets allowed in any home that is not specifically listed as Pet Friendly. All Pet Friendly homes have a 2 dog limit; all other animals are prohibited

WHAT TO BRING: Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
