Dieses Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4, 5 Bädern liegt eingebettet in den Berghang in Teton Village. Es ist eines der wenigen echten Ski-In / Ski-Out-Häuser im Dorf, da das Skigebiet unseren Hinterhof besitzt. (Es gab Monate in der Vergangenheit, in denen es nicht genug Schnee gab, um hinein- und hinauszufahren, aber diese Zeiten sind selten!) Im Winter lieben wir es, für ein spätes Mittagessen nach Hause zu fahren, uns im Whirlpool zu erfrischen und dann wieder auszusteigen, um die letzte Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Im Sommer sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß bergab zu 5-Sterne-Restaurants (wie Il Villaggio Osteria), weltberühmten Spas (wie dem Four Season's Spa), Hopping-Bars (wie dem Mangy Moose) und der Straßenbahn.

Die Lage ist offensichtlich ideal während der Skisaison, aber es ist auch perfekt im Sommer, Herbst und Frühling, da Sie im Grunde genommen im Hinterhof Fahrrad fahren, wandern und Golf spielen können. Reiten, Angeln und Wildwasser-Rafting auf dem legendären Snake River (mit Blick auf die Tetons) sind ebenfalls nur 20 Autominuten entfernt. Außerdem haben wir im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst fast immer eine Elchfamilie, die sich neben unserem kleinen Teich im Hinterhof niederlässt.

Die erste Etage verfügt über ein Film- / Familienzimmer, einen Schuhraum (für Skiausrüstung), einen Wellnessbereich (mit Whirlpool und Tischtennis), 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer und 1 WC. Die zweite Etage verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, einen Essbereich, eine Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Kunststudio und 1 Badezimmer. 3 geräumige Decks auf 3 Seiten des Hauses bieten einen weiten Blick auf die Berge (und unseren Elch!) und bieten einen angenehmen Ort zum Picknick im Sommer und Braten Marshmallows im Winter. Es gibt einen Außen- und einen Innenkamin, einen natürlichen Felsbach, der das Grundstück begrenzt und zu einem kleinen Teich führt. Weitere beliebte Annehmlichkeiten sind ein Massagesessel, ein Steinway-Klavier und Möbel von Maurice Villency.

Dieses Anwesen ist seit fast 40 Jahren unser wichtigstes Zuhause. Verzeihen Sie daher bitte die Familienbilder und das nicht übereinstimmende Besteck. Wir versuchen, es so selten wie möglich an Mieter zu vermieten, von denen wir wissen, dass sie es wie zu Hause behandeln. :)

Perfect ski in/ ski out house at Jackson Hole

Came out to Jackson Hole with college buddies for a ski trip and booked this house. The house was great and very accommodating to our group. Plenty of beds and located at the end of a road with very easy access to the lifts either taking a quick hike up a boot pack trail or skiing down the driveway and road to the village. Communication with the owner was great and made it very easy for us. Hot tub was a nice bonus after long days on the mountains. 10/10 Would definitely recommmend.

Ski trip

Great location. Easy ski in/ski out slope access. You hike about 30 yards into the back yard to access a ski path that leads to Moose lift. We were able to ski into driveway for return. Pretty easy. House is clean, but contains a lot of personal owner’s possessions…photos, plaques, bongo drums, animal skins, etc. It appears to be a property that the owners still use regularly. Hot tub is indoors in a sunroom of sorts. I prefer that. Don’t enjoy the contrast of cold air and hot water. Would prefer a TV in main living area rather than the lower level den. Had Netflix and good internet connection.Only real negative was the driveway. Fairly steep. In winter weather, too steep to drive despite having a 7 seater AWD SUV. Crews came in to clear snow, but this made it worse as it removed the snow cover and left solid ice. You can’t street park, so we parked at the bottom of the driveway and walked up/down. Wouldn’t stop me from coming back, but was an issue. Really needs salt/sand to be safe. Impossible to drive up/ hard to walk up.

Truly enjoyed our time at this charming home. Within walking distance to great restaurants and activities in Teton Village. House was well appointed for cookouts and offers a number of outdoor seating areas.

Great stay, unbeatable location

Amazing property, ski in ski out in Teton. Working fireplace was great and the game room is a nice touch too. Super minor, but I personally prefer an outdoor hot tub, whereas this one is indoor.

Teton terrific

Spacious and relaxing home in Teton Village close to the National Park and other scenic sights. One drawback is there is no air conditioning and the upper level warms up and stays that way till late evening when several box fans can circulate the cool outside air. Otherwise this was exactly the launchpad for our first ever family outing and provided a wondrous place to be together for meals, hikes and taking in the beauty of the surrounding area.

Awesome House, Amazing Location!

Such a great house, checked all of the boxes for us especially to accommodate 10 of us. Christina the host was very responsive and a great asset. Also, if you want a truly “ski in” ski out house,” this one is the best. You have to see it to believe it. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay in Jackson Hole

This was an incredible way to experience Jackson Hole. The host was responsive and courteous, house was extremely comfortable. The short hike up to the lift and walk down to the village made logistics very easy for us and we didn’t even have to rent a car while there. We’d certainly stay here again if we were to go back with a group.

Great home in an unbeatable location!

We stayed at the house for a family ski trip which included age ranges from 5 to 75. Everyone enjoyed the amenities of the house - en suite bathrooms, large family room for games & puzzles, huge dining room table, and an inside hot tub that saved you from the chill outside. The location is incredible - a short walk up the hill leads to a skiiable path to the lift. At night, we skiied all the way to the back door. Communication was also excellent. Christina was quick to respond to questions (often in less than 15 minutes!) before and during the trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this warm and welcoming house! The house itself is so comfortable for people of all ages. And what a treat it was to have a deer and a moose family visits the back yard frequently! It was hard to leave.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay in Tetons. Did not spend much time at house as we were constantly on the go. House has lots of sculpture and artwork throughout. Enjoyed exploring it all! The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook (as we do). Would absolutely stay here again. Go Whalers (our son works in Stratford)!!!

True ski in ski out with convenience and class

The home is a family gem that has been cared for over the years. While there are a few areas where it’s age is beginning to show, the functionality of the space is undeniable. Our large group was comfortable, never felt like we were stepping over each other, and came together cozily in the gathering places.

Family Adventure

Our family planned a summer trip to see more of the area and explore Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. Our group consisted of 7 adults, 3 kids (age 11, 11, 7), and one dog. The home was located in a great location but was hot and messy. We felt it was overpriced for a summer trip. Would not recommend at the current price for summer, but possibly for winter since ski in and ski out.

Perfect Family Winter Break

Great house, amazing location, super friendly interactions with the host. Are teenagers said it was the best ski week they’ve ever had. The massage chair and hot tub were a bonus. The weather at Jackson Hole was amazing. Lots of fresh powder and absolutely phenomenal skiing. The owner could not have been more accommodating, we had flight trouble and she was great. Also, I asked if she had a crockpot like two days before we arrived, and she had one delivered from Amazon the day we arrived. It was nice to toss food in there and come home from skiing and have dinner ready! Thank you so much for going out of your way, thank you for renting your beautiful home. We plan to be back!

Great Friend's Ski Week in Jackson Hole

We’re a group of 8 (3 couples and 2 single people, all in our early 30’s) and this beautiful house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for everyone. Great location on the mountain, we were able to leave at different times in the morning without issue. Very short ski/walk/ride to and from the base village. No new snow while we were there, but blue sky and sun everyday was the next best thing. We loved the outdoor fire pit. The owner (Christina) was awesome and beyond helpful. Quick to respond, answered all the questions we had before we arrived, and gave us a bunch of great restaurant recommendations as well. Would absolutely stay here again. Looking forward to going back to Jackson Hole in the near future. Thanks again Christina!

Fabulous Family Get Away!

The Conrad home is an ideal setting for a family vacation. We enjoyed this beautiful retreat with our adult family this past week. Christina has the home perfectly prepared for your family to walk in and enjoy. The living space is ideal for cooking, talking and relaxing by the fire. The ping pong table and spa room is great for after dinner fun and games. The bedrooms are plentiful and very flexible to fit almost any combination of guests. Not only is Christina a delight to work with - Kurt is just a call away if anything is needed while at this beautiful home. Christina sent a lengthy list of suggestions for us in advance of our stay which we found very helpful. I cannot stress enough the perfection of the setting and kindness of the hosts! If Teton Village is your destination the Conrad home should be at the top of the list.
