Diese schöne Wohnung ist in einem sehr schönen einer ruhigen Wohnanlage entfernt. Nur wenige Schritte vom Pool und Gemeinschaftsbereich, können Sie einen täglichen Spaziergang rund um den schönen See. Der Komplex ist in der Nähe zu gehobenen Einkaufszentren, Restaurants, Parks und Freizeiteinrichtungen. Hat schnell und einfach Zugang zu allen wichtigen Autobahnen Tal.

Vor kurzem mit neuen Bodenbelag, Teppich und Farbe umgestaltet. Küche mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. Verfügt über einen komfortablen Essbereich für 4, und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem HDTV, DVD, Kabel und Wi-Fi High-Speed-Internet. Perfect getaway. Very nice condo!.

We stayed for two weeks in this large one bedroom condo. The living room is big and very comfortable. The location is perfect, everything is handy at walking distance. We want to come back soon. The owner was attentive and always answered our questions.

Perfect for my needs...

The Condo unit fit my needs perfectly - it was clean and well appointed with all the essentials needed. The listing pictures accurately portray the unit and the owner was available for assistance - although I had no problems so did not need to call on her for help. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable unit - and would stay again myself.

Filthy condo

I checked in 1/14/19 and found feces on the toilet in the bathroom, old pizza and other food in the sofa bed, the linens were all yellowed, lights were burned out, pillows were yellowed and greasy. I tried reaching the owner, and checked out 1/15/19 to a hotel. She agreed to refund our money and 2 weeks later reversed her decision.

Should not be a vrbo property

From all the times that we've rented vrbo properties this is the one time that we felt completely uncomfortable. First the unit that we chose was not available to move in because someone else was in it. The property manager then offered us another unit in the same complex. We accepted because we needed a place. The unit was dirty. The furniture was not comfortable. The mattress was stained with urine. The shower curtain was dirty with mildew stains. The laundry room shelves were poorly installed and were falling apart. The two area rugs were stained also. We had to spend the first couple of days cleaning and fixing things so we could live in it. We were very disappointed with the condition of the property.

My original property had an issue and was not available. The owners accommodated my at a different property and it was beyond my expectations. I travel for work and it was like I was right at home. Fantastic property owners.

Accommodating Host

We were unable to access this condo when we arrived because there was no key in the lockbox. The owner was very accommodating in allowing us to stay in a larger condo that she owns in the same complex, overlooking the lake. Because it was a last minute change, the second property had some cosmetic issues that would have normally been addressed prior to new guest arrivals. But the host was very accommodating and quick to do what she could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Sophia. We are grateful for your hospitality.

Great place and great location.

The apartment is just as described. It is spacious and had everything we needed. There is not a good outside area connected to the unit. There is just an area by the front door that overlooks the parking lot. The pool is right around the corner but I would have preferred a private area with a better view. The location is perfect. We could walk to restaurants, groceries are nearby, and it was close enough to a highway for when we needed access.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay

This condo is clean and quiet. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped and well furnished this rental was. It is close to shopping and very convenient for travel to any area. We would definitely book here again if it is available.

Mother in Law enjoyed her stay

We had rented this place on behalf of my 81 year old Mother In Law in the month of February. She did enjoy her stay. Everything is in walking distance. Beautiful complex with many activities going on all the time.

great unit!, nice furniture and views

We stayed for may in this lake front unit. Located in the second floor, has a view of the lake from the living room and garden view from the dinning table and patio. The furniture is new and found everything in place. Equipped kitchen and rooms, we had all that we needed for a comfortable vacation. I would come back and stay here again. Thank you

A great place to escape from winter

My wife and I had a relaxing holiday here for the month of March. This condo is an upstairs end unit and is very bright and spacious for two people. The bedroom was large with a comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, staples, and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the heated pool which was nearby and the activities put on by the Hospitality committee. The condo was close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and the 101 loop so getting around was easy. There are major streets nearby but traffic noise was not a problem. We would consider staying here again.

GREAT LOCATION

My wife and I spent three weeks in the condo. It was move-in ready upon arrival, being clean and sufficiently stocked. There is covered parking relatively close, plus the pool and exercise room are just a short walk from the unit. The photos in the ad truly represent the unit. We found this location to be an excellent starting point for travel around Phoenix Metro, especially the Southern portion of the city and the East Valley. In addition, major shopping along with numerous restaurants are nearby. I highly recommend the unit and would not hesitate to visit again.

Retired couple

We enjoyed our stay. We found the area was filled with good restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I enjoyed the morning & evening walks around the lake. We also enjoyed the choice of 3 pools. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the updated kitchen.
