Das Ferienhaus "Tropical Pearl" liegt zentral in einer ruhigen Gegend in Cape Coral in der Nähe von allem, was die Region zu bieten hat - von Stränden bis zu einer Vielzahl von Einkaufszentren. Cape Coral Vacation from a Minnesotan

What a beautiful, well kept home. The four of us enjoyed the 18 days so much that we booked again for next year. That says, we liked it a lot, pool, hot tub, kitchen, new grill, comfortable beds, and tone of space. Highly recommend this rental, we have used VRBO for about 60 weeks of rental time over the years and this one ranks easily in the top 5%. You won’t be disappointed Four from Forest Lake, MN

Nice and affordable

I have stayed in 3 other homes in Cape Coral. This house was a little older or less modern than the others. It is a nice house but a little dated. It could use some upgrades. The carpeting looks worn and it would probably improve the overall aesthetic look of the home if it were removed. Overall, I felt it was good value for the price.

Cape Coral Villa

Clean and comfortable. Pool area was great. Water in pool was cold more than warm. Cape Coral was not our cup of tea. Beaches were closed due to Red Tide. Not renter’s fault at all. The process of arriving and leaving was super easy. They always responded quickly to any of our needs or concerns. I would rent from them again without hesitation.

Wonderful place to stay in Cape Coral!

Nice, quiet, neighborhood with no radios or loud talking; beautiful sunrises and sunsets excellent for taking walks or sitting on the lanai. Beautifully decorated interior with practical storage areas, hangers in the closets, excellent mattresses and pillows and clean bathrooms. Large master bedroom with glamorous master bath, excellent lighting throughout, TV in every room and a bathroom with every room. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. We had some issues with the Internet at first but that was straightened out. We recommend this property and want to add that it is close to good restaurants, grocery store, Planet Fitness and Walmart.

Lovely property

Very happy with the property. Very spacious with 3 bed/3 bath would be great for 3 couples or family. Had everything we need. Note there are a lot of extra “rules” with threats of fines if not followed ( such as cleaning the grill). Did not use the “spa” as it would have diverted warmth from the pool and required switching valves. Disappointed in that pool and spa were high on our want list. We were only allowed $5/day electricity. Not knowing the usual usage this also was disconcerting. We were ultra conservative - not what I want on vacation. Have not received my deposit or final tally yet. Will update this review pending that.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing and everything at your convenience

I was looking for a place that wasn't tourist attraction but still have everything right there. I was very impressed with area. The house was amazing. Very well kept. Loved that my kids (ages 16 and 19) had each their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub was definitely a plus. Miami and Ft Lauderdale was just another couple hours away so that was an amazing trip too. Naples Beach is the cleanest and beautiful blue water beach and it's only 30mins away. All in all definitely recommend this company and this house. Property management was just a text away and that I loved. Thanks for a wonderful and pleasant week.

Very nice vacation home for my family and I. We came for a baseball tournament and it was located within about 20 minutes of all of our events in the Cape abd Fort Meyers. The house was clean and spacious for our family including my two teenage boys.

Great Place To Stay

Loved the house and the pool! Hot tub operation was confusing. We never got it to work. We were worried the whole week about energy usage. We kept the house at the recommended 76-78 degrees and it was tolerable during the day, but way too hot at night. Overall a good experience for our first Vrbo house rental.

HUGE house with pool

The house exceeded our speculations of just how big it was---much more than 2 individuals needed. Relatively quiet area, ok pool with "hot tub", nice kitchen layout, enormous bedroom and master bath. I would have preferred to have more cooking utensils and other useful items (condiments, spices, etc.) but we made do with it all. I was quite surprised and a bit miffed that we were billed for electricity use during our stay. I've NEVER experienced that before, and will watch for that again when I book through VRBO.

Poor Air conditioning

Property was very clean & modern , we had an issue with the air conditioning on the first night of our stay , during booking in process the next day we brought it to their attention. During our stay we were unable to get any sleep due to the noise it was making , during our checking out process again was brought to their attention & the only reply was you should of contacted me to let me know , our reply was we did during checking in process & nothing was done. Was disappointed on the response we received, the air con system needs to be reviewed in this property as we all experienced very dry sore throats.

This home is wonderful.

We loved our stay in this spacious beautiful home. It's comfortable in all ways. It has a great kitchen/living area. The way the bedrooms are set up assures privacy all with televisions . There is plenty of closet space AND hangers. It has an amazing swimming pool with seating, tables and chairs. We just thought it was one of the best VRBO properties we have rented, well kept and pristine. We want to thank the owners for sharing their home with strangers. One side note which has nothing to do with the property but more about the property management. They charge you for excess electricity usage which we were aware of as it is in the contract. There was just the two of us 60 somethings. We didn't use the hot tub at all. I used the oven and dishwasher twice and but did use the stovetop and coffeemaker frequently. I did one load of laundry. They recommend the air conditioning be set at 78 which is fine with us since we hate freezing. We did lower it at night because sleeping in a warm room is uncomfortable. We were over our usage! The cost was minimal but to be truthful, we were extremely careful of usage so we were surprised when she said we were a bit over allotment. In addition, we like keeping our rentals clean out of respect to the owners and to make the job for the cleaning crew a bit easier. The management company does not provide cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet tissue. This is the very first time we had to buy our own. So, we left behind a giant bottle of windex (can't buy small sizes) sponges, scrubbers for the baking sheets, many rolls of toilet tissue, paper towels, AND laundry detergent which they have at their disposal for use by their cleaning staff and for future guests. They asked us..if we cared to, to throw towels in the washer as we were leaving to help out. Normally I would have but would this go against our electric usage and with the laundry soap we purchased? Just doesn't seem like a management style that we've experienced at other places.
