The property is in a great location.........walk to the beach. Decent pools.

The unit was clean. Living room furniture was comfortable. Bedrooms were decent; the master and the twin were excellent, however, the 2nd bedroom (queen) has a mattress that is so uncomfortable no one could sleep in the bed and wound up sleeping on the couch most of the week. Kitchen provisions were adequate (could use a crock pot and some dish cloths and towels). Bath provisions were nice, but could increase the supply of bath towels. There is no reason not to choose this place, the unit is adequate.... the real draw is it's proximity to the beach.

Denise, we're glad you enjoyed this condo's prime location and had a pleasant stay overall. We are very sorry that you found the queen mattress uncomfortable. The homeowner would have loved to have heard about this during your trip so they could have had the opportunity to address the issue. Even though no other negative comments on the queen bed have been received, it now has a pillowtop mattress that hopefully will alleviate any comfort concerns. They have also ensured with the cleaning service that adequate towels are provided and have also added additional dish towels and a crock pot. Nice property but filthy

The condo is decorated nice but needs a lot of small repairs. The floors were expected to have sand on them but they were so dirty your feet were black from never being mopped. The shower wouldn't drain and had soap scum and long black hair on the walls (none of us have long hair or dark). With a little TLC and a good cleaning this would be a nice place!

We have a wonderful cleaning crew who unfortunately experienced some turnover and was scrambling during that week – but that is NO excuse for dirty floors. Our cleaning crew is once again fully staffed and we are confident that this was an isolated incident. As stated in the welcome letter, we wish that you had contacted us during your stay so we would have had the opportunity to make things right. Seagrove Happy Place

The condo is spacious, clean, and in excellent condition. The beds and furniture are of good quality and comfortable. Parking was easy and just outside our unit. The property is close in proximity to stores and activities, yet tucked away from the congestion of 30A. Overall a very pleasant stay. The entire process from selecting and reserving the room through checkout was a breeze. After a 9-hour drive, I was grateful the condo was clean and ready for move-in at the designated time. The property managers were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and had the condo stocked with basic household items. Thank you! The only negative (maybe it’s because I have never stayed off-beach before) is that beach accessibility was not as convenient as I had hoped; although we faired well because we brought a wagon for hauling beach gear. Also, private properties surrounding the units restrict the majority of the beach front. This was not a huge inconvenience; however, I was not as inclined to use the beach after being told to move 10 feet further away. Having a more lenient beach usage agreement between commercial and private entities is desirable. In summary, the property was great, and I would gladly recommend these units if you do not care about ocean view or beach front access.

Perfect Vacation Condo!

We loved our stay in Seagrove! This condo was perfect for 4 adults - the beds were comfortable and clean, the decor was so cute, and it was so quiet. The description states a 5-minute walk to the beach, but it's more like 15 minutes given that you have to walk down the beach to set up away from the private beach sections. We never saw the shuttle service, but we were fine with the walk. We loved every minute of our stay and were lucky enough to have great weather and clear, blue water! We definitely recommend this condo and hope to return next year!

Great Spring Break Trip w/Family!!

My husband and I made relatively last minute plans to head to 30A for Spring Break with my two young boys (5, 6) and mother in law (79). We were so pleased with this unit and the communication from the owners during our stay. The condo was immaculate — appeared to have had some recent updates and was very clean. The layout worked perfectly for our family. There were a handful of things we communicated to the owner and she was super responsive - generally within minutes of sending a text. The short walk to the beach isn’t awful and the shuttle service helped immensely on those days where we were loaded up with our chairs, coolers, sand toys, etc! Fun had by all! Highly recommend!

Lovely Updated Condo

We recently spent spring break at this property. It is very cute and nicely updated. You never "really" know what you might be in for when a place is pet friendly, but I was so impressed with how clean it was. We had everything we needed, everything worked and was in good condition. The condo is a walk to the beach so definitely come prepared with a wagon or pushcart if you have tons of stuff to take to the beach with you. The complex has a couple of pools that were really nice, although we didn't spend any time in them because the week we were there the weather was really chilly. We left a day early due to terrible storms and when I texted the owners, they were very quick to respond and acknowledge my message. We had a really lovely time and enjoyed every minute!

Beautiful Unit / Great Location / Unparalled Beach Access

Highly recommend this unit. The owners were very attentive and checked up frequently to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Beach access is under a 5 minute walk, making it extremely convenient for any return trips to the unit from the beach to get extra supplies. Location is close to great shopping areas of Seaside, The Hub, Alys Beach and Rosemary beach, and honestly, the beach for this unit is much larger and more private than those often busy and congested shopping areas. Will recommend this to friends and family and will likely stay here again soon.

Summer 2020

Good location walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room for family of 4-5. Any more and it is very tight. I tried to request an early check in and wasn’t able to secure it. Totally understand due to busy season not a big deal. We went grocery shopping and got back by 4:00 anyway. However what really aggravated us was that we still could not get into the condo because the cleaning lady wasn’t done until 4:25. Then she preceded to tell me she had a light day with only 3 units to clean of which mine was the last one. Told her as long as the condo is clean I’m okay with getting in late. If you’re a clean person like we are then this is not the condo for you. Loads of cobwebs especially by the door that I cleaned. Dust everywhere, I had to wipe the floor to pick up some crumbs and the paper towel was black. Mind you this is right after the cleaning lady mopped the floor. The toilet seat in the master bedroom is loose. The table on the balcony is absolutely disgusting full of mildew. Bed was comfortable, A/C works perfect. Carpet stained, sofas had dog hair on them, garbage cans dirty. Had to make sure the dog had eating all her food cause if anything was left in the bowl would get filled of bugs. Awesome washer and dryer. We still had a great time and rated the condo low due to cleanliness and bugs. We won’t be staying here again.

Hi Pat, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: - We ask all guests to please reach out to us if there are any issues with your stay so can make things right while you're in residence. We heard from you several times during your stay, but you never mentioned any of these issues. - We were recently at the condo never had any type of “bug issue” – nor have we ever had this complaint, so we're not sure how to address that except to say this is the only time we have heard this – and we have never experienced this ourselves. - Unfortunately, it appears that the table on the balcony has been stained from perhaps an electric grill on the balcony (which is not allowed). We tried to clean it, but the stains will not come off, however, we can assure guests there is no mildew. - The entire condo has hardwood floors and while there's some wear and tear on one of the rugs, it is being replaced in October, but overall there is no carpet to have stains. - Regarding cleanliness in general, we just did a thorough bi-annual clean when we were there in August – cleaning under the couches, upholstery cleaning, etc. Our cleaning crew is not infallible, but they do a good job and we have very few complaints. Super vacation

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 5 weeks. We had the best time in our life. The beach is only a couple of minutes away from the place, very easy to get to. The owners are very friendly, easy to deal with. We had a couple of questions at the beginning, no problem, both DAYSHA and Billy responded right away. Kitchen is fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the condo was super clean. The owners offered to sent the cleaning grew during our stay which was not necessary, we kept the condo clean. We handled the property with respect just like we would treat our own. We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect for family of 6 plus one if needed

Great family getaway! Comfy beds, plenty of room, stocked kitchen- minus spices. We left salt and pepper. Washer/ drier is such a convenience.

Quiet location near lots of restaurants and shops.

This 3 bedroom condo is on the second floor and has room for 6 people to sleep. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, not bad but if you have lots to carry it would be difficult. There are 2 pools a very short distance from the condo. The location is residential so the beach is not very crowded which is nice! There is a rental agency right where you enter the beach if you want to rent chairs and an umbrella. It was 30$ for the day. The condo is decorated very cute. Plenty of towels and supplies to get you started. The hosts were very responsive to our concerns! Overall this is a nice place in a great location. You can enjoy the best of 30A with out being directly in the most crowded areas.

Quiet and Relaxing Getaway

We had a very good time! Apartment is exactly as advertised. Very quiet, short walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded, beautiful and clean. Would definitely come back!

A Little Gem

Love the keyless entry! All of the rooms were nice and clean. Well appointed little gem! The Kitchen is well stocked with things to actually cook a meal. We will return. Thank you for a very nice experience - even with the threat of Barry in the Gulf! :)
