The room was handicapped accessible which we didn't need. The carpet was frayed. The TV had very few channels and they were all grainy. Some didn't have sound. A full length mirror was removed from the bathroom door and all the adhesive marks were left. There were only two pillows. The room is dimly lit including the bathroom. There is no vent/fan in the bathroom. There's only one chair at the table. Not the worst place we've stayed but just ok.

Do Not stay here. The room was sticky from a long time of caked on grime, and stinky that smelled toxic. Upon arrival the room did not have towels, utensils or cookware, I had to ask the front desk to bring these to the room. The TV was fuzy and did not work well. Even though the booking was advertised to have a laundry room, it was out of order and appeared to be for a long time. The convenience store/snack area was practically empty and never restocked. The room is advertised as "Business Comfort" but this is in no way a business worthy stay, I was expecting cleanliness and amenities to serve my travel needs. It was so bad I left 2 days early to find another place. And, the "owner" is not an owner, it's a booking agency that has no affiliation or connection to the hotel at all, there's nothing they can help with in relation to the stay. And even though the hotel said they would refund me the 2 unused nights, the booking agency won't issue a refund because they can't "figure it out" . This is the worst hotel and vrbo experience I've ever had. Do NOT book thru this company. The underlying hotel here is the Sonesta Suites in Braintree near Boston MA.
