    •    No over-occupancy — exceeding 6 guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund
    •    Travel insurance is strongly recommended
    •    No refunds for weather, power outages, amenity interruptions, or chargebacks

Wildlife Notice:
Bears and wildlife are common in the area.
    •    Keep doors, windows, and vehicles locked at all times
    •    Do not leave food outside or unattended
    •    Do NOT feed or approach bears
    •    Any violations will result in immediate cancellation, removal from the property, and notification of authorities
