Brilliant holiday home, beautifully decorated and in excellent surroundings with a high level of privacy and a private, fenced swimming pool. The garden is large and well kept and the house is renovated with respect for the original style.

The holiday home Casa Joana Pou is a fully restored Catalan farmhouse. The house has 3 floors, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 rooms share one bathroom ensuite (entrance from both rooms) which is excellent for the children in one (3 beds) and a parents bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms all have bathrooms ensuite. The top floor is a small room for the children or teenagers to read, listen to music, or just relax. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are well-furnished and will have all you need.

The house has a separate smaller house with room for a conference or a large dinner (capacity 20-30 persons). The house has all the needed technical gear for conferences and a modern kitchen, designed to prepare food delivered as catering.

 Outside, there is a lot of space and a high level of privacy since there are no neighbors. The swimming pool is fenced, which is a relaxing factor if your party has any small children. The distance to Barcelona is only 90 km., which is hard to believe once you are there, with the surrounding mountains (pre-pyrenees) making you feel far away from the stressful life of a European metropolis. This is a brilliant base for a vacation!
