Great property on the Ocean

My family and I loved this home. The back deck literally overlooks a wonderful ocean view with a pathway to a private beach. The beach sand was fine, not rocky- perfect for making sand castles and playing with the kids. When we checked-in, the house was exactly as described and each bedroom had a dedicated mini-split climate system to keep the rooms cool at night. The house’s location was central to local restaurants and a grocery store was just down the road for any needs. The house kitchen came stocked with all the cooking utensils any chef would need. Overall, I see why this house has been rated one of the best vacation rentals in Sandwich. 10/10 recommend and would stay there again.

Loved the location right off the beach and the place was clean and well taken care of. Pictures depict the place very accurately. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing Location!

We had a wonderful stay in this little home by the water! The location is fabulous overlooking the calm waters of the cape. The back deck is amazing to sit and relax on, and you can walk right back out to the beach. The house itself is furnished with everything you need for a beach stay. It was perfect for our small family - being able to go out to the beach multiple times an day and come inside when the kids wanted a snack or just some time to relax was perfect.

Amazing Location & Host

Brought my 3 kids with me to this location. The house is great and right on the beach. Outside of the house and beach, what really stood out for me was the hospitality of the house. Rarely do you find someone willing to put in the effort with communication and suggestions. We will certainly be coming back in the future.

Beautiful location right on the beach!

The house was clean and comfortable. The beach was quiet and relaxing. It's rocky, so be sure to pack your water socks/shoes. The water was chilly, but that didn't stop the kids. Neighbors on both sides shared their beach fires with us in the evenings. Loved having dinner on the deck looking out over the water.

The location is great with a nice beach. The house was also nice and clean, though the bedrooms are a tad small. Linens and towels are extra and the provided blankets are very worn out. Brad was responsive to all our questions. Decent overall. 3.5/5

Stay in Sandwich

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house in Sandwich, MA. From the moment we booked, the owners were incredibly friendly and communicative, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their warmth and attention to detail really made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. The house itself was clean and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the deck was absolute bliss. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the cozy, comfortable furnishings, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to return. Thank you to the wonderful owners for making this such a memorable trip!

Fall beauty on the Cape

We enjoyed the beautiful setting of this cottage on the beach although it was quite chilly to be outside. There is a beautiful fireplace that kept us warm at night. The home was well-appointed and looked recently updated. One comment - read the description carefully. I neglected to see the sheets and towels were not included in the rental price. We stayed in other places where they were provided and didn't realize this would be an issue. You also should bring shower soaps as they were not provided. All said, this is a great location and a beautiful property.

Fun girls weekend

The location can’t be beat! You truly can’t get any closer to the ocean than this. The house has a nice open layout and was very comfortable and clean. It was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It rained during our trip and it would have been great if the house had a deck of cards or board games. I would recommend the owner provide a manual for the home that includes the Wi-Fi password, how to access the tv subscriptions, how to use the stove in the living room (couldn’t get it to turn on), etc. Finally, the home is well appointed with kitchen supplies but there was no toilet paper and only a few sheets left on the paper towel roll, so I would recommend guests bring their own. Other than those few things, this is a wonderful place that we really enjoyed.

Annual Girls Weekend

Our best friends weekend away to Cape Cod was perfect. Sipping coffee in the morning while watching the surf, playing games at night with the cozy stove, this was the perfect place to recharge. Close to shopping and great restaurants even during the pandemic - this house is perfect.

Great location directly on the water. Can’t get better than that. Great beach house very comfortable, rustic home. Outside of picking the coldest weekend of winter (Jan/21) for our mini getaway we had a relaxing peaceful enjoyable weekend. Great fireplace cozy living room fantastic views of the water, perfect for two or a small family. Pros location, quiet, comfortable Cons updated kitchen needs updated housewares. All in all we loved our stay looking forward to returning

Great cottage to escape the city

Planning was easy. Brad was easily reachable and understanding of my hectic schedule when I didn’t respond immediately. Check in was seem less, he actually was able to allow us early check in. The cottage was clean, well kept, right on the beach. We could hear the waves crashing at night. Everything was well kept and clean. The gas fireplace was a great touch. The host was responsive to our needs and very kind, I have already recommended this place to a colleague and a few friends. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Right on the ocean

The property is a comfortable beach house directly on the beach with great views and the sounds of the ocean - exactly what we were looking for. Nice neighborhood. The property owner was very responsive to some minor issues. We stayed in the winter, and the house was warm and cozy. Though the listing says to bring pillows and blankets, those actually were available at the property. There's no dishwasher, so make sure you have your helpers ready to clean up!

December weekend

We had a nice weekend at the beach house- with the beach right outside the door! We did not get to enjoy beach as much as we wanted with the northeaster- but we plan to go back for a longer stay. House was perfect size for us and we enjoyed the gas burning stove- very toasty!
