Nestled in the heart of Avon at Ascent Mountain Lodge, the condo is ideally located near the main Beaver Creek roundabout. You’re within walking distance of restaurants, shops, Nottingham Lake, and the Avon Rec Center. Whether you're visiting for skiing, summer hiking, or fall festivals, the area offers year-round recreation. The Beaver Creek entrance is just 1 mile away, and Vail is a quick drive or shuttle ride.

Getting Around:
A car is not strictly necessary thanks to the seasonal shuttle service to Beaver Creek and Vail. Guests can reserve rides through the “Ascent Shuttle” app. Walking paths connect you to central Avon amenities, while biking trails and public buses offer alternative transportation.

Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
