This truly central home puts you 6 mins from Kyle Field, 1 mi from Legends Sports Center, 7 mins from downtown Bryan, and 9 mins from Brazos County Expo. We eagerly look forward to your arrival!
***LOCATION***
Home is located 6 minutes from Kyle Field and a short 5-minute walk to an Aggie bus stop. If you would rather beat the traffic on game day, this home would be the perfect location for a quick Uber or bus ride!
Home is also one mile from Legends Sports Center & Top Golf. If you are looking for a space to host your favorite sports team during a tournament, this home would be a great option for you because of the spaciousness of the home and the proximity of the event center.
*** PARKING***
This property has 4 designated spaces for your use in the back of the home, with other first-come, first-served parking located in the front of the home. Perfect for any game day in Aggieland or if you are staying at home with your sporting event teammates!
*** LIVING ROOM ***
The living room is equipped with two stylish yet comfortable couches and cozy blankets that you can sink into after a long game day! TV has access to all streaming services, allowing you to log in and watch whatever you desire.
Board games are located in the cabinet below the tv.
The couch is a pull-out full-size bed. Bedding and pillows are located in the first bedroom upstairs. A pull-out bed can comfortably sleep two.

There is space for 8 at the dining table, and a highchair is located in the laundry room as well for the littlest travel partner in your group! The kitchen also has additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all you might need to cook a delicious meal.

Bedrooms are equipped with 4 pillows each on the bed, extra cozy accent blankets, and a mattress topper to ensure a luxurious, restful night's sleep. Each side table has a lamp for a peaceful atmosphere and is equipped with an electrical block for charging your devices.
Two bedrooms have king-sized mattresses, and the front bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized mattress.
The pack and play is located in the GREEN bedroom closet. Fresh sheets are provided to make a snug sleep space for your little one.
