Walk into town to enjoy dining, shopping and trail hiking or take a short 15 minute drive to Mount Snow for a day of outdoor adventure. Relax on the water at Harriman Reservoir, just a 2 mile drive from the house. House is also conveniently located along the Moover route. Relax back at the house while enjoying time on the front porch or an evening on the couch. Located on Main Street.Mid century modern A-frame that combines comfort and style. Walk up to the front porch and into an open floor plan cottage with bar area, galley kitchen, full bathroom and living room area with large picture window with wooded view. Natural exposed woodwork throughout and hardwood floors add to the charm and relaxing atmosphere. Electric fireplaces in living room and master bedroom add coziness and warmth.
Upstairs features two bedrooms with high ceilings and nice wood details. Primary bedroom assessed by walking into second bedroom features ceiling fan and electric fireplace. Second bedroom has 3 single beds, one is a loft bed which is not suitable for young children. Please note, loft bed is to be used at your own risk. By booking the house, you are assuming all liability if someone is injured assessing or using the loft bed.
Check In Procedure-
1. House is on lock box
2. Fresh, clean linens will be provided for guests to make up the beds they will be using during their stay. fFresh, clean towels provided.

Check Out Procedure-
1. Strip used beds and leave sheets and used towels in bathroom
2. Place all trash and recycling in a tied bag and place in bear-proof trash barrel outside. Bears getting into the trash is a serious issue. For the safety of the bears and our guests, all trash must be bagged. Trash removal provider will charge guests $50.00 if loose trash is in the barrel.
3. Please wash all dishes and return them to the shelves.
4. Leave key in lock box.
