PARKING: Driveway. 6 cars total for property. We share a mile long dirt driveway down the peninsula with some neighbors and want to respect the traffic flow.


To preserve the experience for all guests and respect our neighbors, we kindly ask that you review and follow the guidelines below:

Prior to your arrival, you must complete our Pre-Arrival Form and sign & agree to our Rental Conditions.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and present for the duration of the stay.

North Point Cove is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Smoking or pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Any violation will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Only the number of guests included in your reservation may be on the property unless prior written approval has been given. Unauthorized guests may be asked to leave or incur an additional $250 per guest, per night.

This home is designed for quiet, intentional enjoyment. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Events, gatherings, or retreats must be pre-approved in writing prior to booking. Unauthorized events will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
