Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues luxuriöses Kingsize-Bett, das mit weichen Baumwollbettwäsche und einem HD-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet ist. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen automatischen Gaskamin, einen Flachbild-HD-TV und ein bequemes Sofa mit Queensize-Bett. Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen vor dem Feuer. Ein Premium-Kabel, ein Blue-Ray-DVD-Player, eine Lautsprecher-Dockingstation und kostenfreies WLAN gehören ebenfalls zum Lieferumfang. We had a wonderful weekend in Vail. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and it was extremely easy to get back and forth to town. The creek outside of the building made for the most peaceful setting. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the stream.

The unit was clean, easy to find, and well located near Vail Village. We stayed 10 nights.The host suggests bringing slippers and robes, which makes sense because there is no central heating throughout the unit. Heat is only in the bedroom and bathroom, and even there it barely worked. The living room, kitchen, and dining area rely entirely on the fireplace for warmth. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not work for the first three days of our stay and was unreliable afterward, often shutting off and requiring 20–30 minutes to start.The host initially offered a two-day reimbursement on day two of no heat. However, the heating issues continued for most of our 10-night stay, and no additional compensation was offered despite the ongoing inconvenience. After checkout, I had to follow up multiple times, and the host tried to reduce the reimbursement to one day before finally honoring the original two days. The refund did not include taxes or fees and was processed two weeks after our stay.The sofa is very worn and uncomfortable for relaxing, the cooking pans are old and worn Teflon (I purchased my own to cook), the bathtub was clogged, and checkout instructions are extensive with warnings of extra charges if cleaning takes longer.The location is convenient. The unit looks better in photos than in person. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but due to the heating issues, I would not return.

Fantastic, comfortable condo and great location

We loved this condo! Location was fantastic, and everything was super comfortable. You could tell this was a home the owners value- so many nice touches, from a really comfortable bed to top of the line appliances, a lovely fireplace, and great amenities throughout. Our host was super responsive and kind- would definitely stay here again.

Great Place in Vail

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was great! The property was clean and so close to town we took the shuttle each day and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Dina was quick with response about the parking.

Great 1 bedroom in a perfect location!

Stayed the weekend for a baseball tournament with my son and found that the location was ideal to get around Vail. The unit was plenty big enough for the two of us and grilling on the deck, overlooking the river, was a delight.

Amazing Ski Condo in Vail

Dana's ski condo is amazing and very convenient to the lifts of Vail. The condo is well decorated, comfortable, and accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice meal. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beatuful stay at the slopes!

Lovely apartment

This is a very spacious and attractive apartment across the main road through Vail. The bed in the main room is very comfortable. It is easy to get to the ski runs on the free bus and a good option for those skiing from Vail Village or Lionshead.

We had a wonderful stay here. We ended up driving to the lifts each day but, it wasn’t far at all. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the channel in the bedroom but didn’t bother calling.

I had a wonderful time in Brooktree- the apt was fabulous with a beautiful soothing creek next to it. Very comfortable with everything one could possibly need. Great location. This was our third stay in this condo and we look forward to next year. It is well located, quiet has everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Dina is easy to work with and very responsive. Every year there is a nice upgrade. We highly recommend this Brooktree condo!

We were happy with the value and location this property offered in Vail. Unit was clean and well equipped. The shower drains very slow and there are limited towels for an extended stay (more than 4 days) but everything else was excellent!

Hi Christian, Glad you loved you stay. We keep it well equipped since we want all the convivence of home. As for the shower drain, it's an old fashioned trap drain. Lift up the trap, remove any blockage, replace and you're good to go. Keep the pipes from clogging. I'll update my notes as many people aren't familiar. Hope to see you again soon. Cheers, Dina

I’m so sorry about the blanket. I forgot to bring it up on my last visit. It’s there now. Just to let you know, our cleaning lady Joanne commented that you must take cleaning very seriously….it was beyond spotless when you left....and you have two kids, amazing! My Husband and I love Vail. In 2012 we made our dream of owning a property in Vail come true (see our other listing) Soon after closing on the property we got engaged!!! We decided to rent our property to help pay for our wedding in La Paz, Bolivia. Our property rented so well...we were booked out of our own condo. So we decided to look for another.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We looked at so many properties all over Vail, (East and West) but we knew we wanted to be in the Sandstone area. It's the only neighborhood that overlooks the ski slopes. The bus rides are short, the stops are convenient and the views are to die for.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

When we saw this unit, I fell in love. It was so beautifully remodeled with high end finishes. A Bright and sunny, corner unit with it's own private walk up...no sharing of hallways and the noise that comes with it. Also, it over looks Sandstone Creek. The noise of the water is so soothing. All you hear is the rushing water....and I even saw a trout!
