Welcome to your sunny Craftsman retreat!

Step inside to find two cozy bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full), a bright bathroom, full kitchen, and inviting living spaces—all on one easy main floor. Park off-street (1-3 cars), then relax on the front porch or back deck with your morning coffee. The back bedroom has an electric sit/stand desk and a comfy office chair in case you need to focus and hammer out some work.

You might spot me (the owner) puttering in the garden or walking my derpy Great Dane, Hudson—who may pop by to say hello if you're on the back deck! We live separately in the basement, so you'll have full privacy, but we're around if you need anything. We're quiet and respectful, but like in any apartment you may hear us in the basement from time to time.

Guests and pets are not allowed in the backyard (ground level) or in the basement (which has a separate entrance anyways). If you're traveling with pets, please do potty breaks in the front yard and enjoy walks through the cute neighborhood for exercise :)
