This stunning newly remodeled penthouse beach front condo with private beach access offers, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with breath taking southwest views of the emerald green gulf waters from every room.
The master suite boast a super comfortable new king bed with 65" TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a new queen bed and private bathroom and beautiful views of the gulf.
The new fully equipped kitchen provides an amazing beach view, and seamlessly transitions into the open dining area and living room, which offers a 77" OLED TV. You can step out onto the large beach front balcony adorned with brand new seating for dinner or watching a sunsets.
The condo is equipped with washer/dryer, free wifi, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances for your cooking needs. All windows and sliders have power shades.
Enjoy the benefits of one of Marco Islands most exclusive beach front condominiums which includes, one assigned covered parking spot, secure access, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 outdoor gas grills, tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness center, and within walking distance to many great restaurants shops and movie theater.

Sandcastle is a beautiful building at the end of South Collier Blvd which is the quiet end of the beach. The people are so friendly and Sandcastle is very well maintained and spotless with beautiful amenities. The view from our balcony is amazing.

Our penthouse condo has taller ceilings with makes the condo feel even bigger and a bonus DEN. When you exit the glass elevator you are only a couple steps through the indoor hall to the front door of the condo.
