This condo was fully renovated at the end of 2024! The 2 story condo has walk-up access from parking lot with space for 4 vehicles. The first floor features a half bath, full kitchen, solid-wood dining room table for 4, large living room with brand new solid wood furniture and a beautiful lake view. The living room also has a queen-size pull out couch with a memory foam topper. Step outside the sliding door onto the spacious deck with a front row seat to the gorgeous views of our private community lake.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and memory foam topper, large closet with dresser and TV with amazon Fire stick. The second bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam topper, large closet and plenty of space for a pack&play. They share a brand new renovated full bathroom. All rooms have baseboard heat and portable AC units are in the closet of both bedrooms for the couple Summer months you may need it.
