Before the big hotels and state highway was built, this location, on RT 16A was the main Road and where the travelers stayed. Intervale is filled with history, views, charming attractions, restaurants, inns, and is a centrally located in the HEART of the valley, easily access the villages, shops, Hiking, skiing, rivers, trails, Storyland, Attitash, Cranmore, Jackson, Wildcat, Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge, and more.

Good Neighbor Policy- MAX ADULTS - 12- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT -MAX CARS 5- NO EVENTS, EXTRA GUESTS, LOUD NOISE, OVER PARKING- NO FIREWORKS. Regulating short term rentals is a concern for the town and It's important to respect the rules of the community as well as the requests of the neighbors. Property exterior is monitored with Surveillance Cameras & certain stays may require an additional security deposit.

PETS REQUIRE APPROVAL - Pet Policy needs to be agreed upon and there will be a pet fee added to the reservation once confirmed.

Wade in the private brook directly on the property with a small swimming hole for the little ones and enjoy the fire pit and hammock by the babbling brook. 5 Minute walk to the Scenic Vista and 20 minute walk to the Saco River behind our other property the 1785 Inn along the 1785 trail. It a long walk but there is a private beach and swimming area nearby. Ask about access and directions if interested. You can also drive and park at the end of Dugway Rd at the water precinct and walk the paths.

Very close to all 5 ski mountains and attractions. Your own private pub with game area and pool table in larger room is a great gathering space with new built in propane fire place.

Due to limited cleaners in our area we do require guests to perform check out procedures such as stripping beds, starting a load of laundry, running dishwasher and bringing trash out the dumpster.

SUMMER CHECK OUT is 10am (Memorial Day to Labor Day) All other times of year is 11am.

Certain weekends/holidays may require 3 night min stays. Rates may need to be adjusted for seasonality/holidays/# of guests, etc.

NH LAW requires fire wood to be purchased in state if needed for the fire pit.

Intervale is the central location to all that the valley has to offer. This location was the former location of the Inn's/BNB before the larger hotels where built and state highway RT 16 that now by passes his road with character. Just down the road from the Limmer boot factory (world famous custom leather boots) . Close to Tuckermans Resturaunt, Riverside Inn, the scenic overlook, The Moat.. etc...

Disturbances to neighbors, tampering security camera's, smoke detectors, not following house rules can result in loss of deposit.

Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night.

Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.

We may require a community deposit for your stay to make sure the community regulations are followed.
