Die Magnolie hell und sonnig mit viel Veranda Platz zu machen, fühlen sich doppelt so groß. In der Innenstadt Eigentumswohnung für 4 Personen in 2 Queensize-Betten. Die Zimmer sind aufgeteilt, um Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. Es gibt einen separaten Büroraum für diejenigen, die nicht ganz weg von allem zu bekommen. Privaten Aufzug, offstreet Parkplätze und günstige Lage der Innenstadt von allem Überfluss.
The Magnolia was our favorite place thus far to stay in Apalachicola. Very nice, comfortable, all the amenities you need, and perfect location for walking about town. The balcony was lovely in the morning and evenings. Weather perfect! Just the two of us, but would be perfect for four also. Thank You!
We have stayed on the bay side in these condos and this time facing the street. I did not regret one moment not having the bay view. The porch on this condo is completely covered and on the end. There was a constant breeze and during the heat of summer, we were able to sit outside. Now, there may not always be a breeze and I can envision some nice porch ceiling fans, but it was a very long, private porch, surrounded with palms. Tv was on the small side but who is watching tv in beautiful Apalachicola. The condo is so close to all the wonderful shopping and restaurants. Walk downstairs or take the elevator and you are in the mix. Love it. We have spent two July 4ths there and I'm not sure will ever be happy celebrating it anywhere else.
This is an extremely large and well-furnished condo in a completely remodeled old cotton warehouse. The complex is actually two warehouses separated by parking. This building is the one not on the water, which might seem second-best, but sadly the River here is lined by fish processing plants. They are quaint looking and odor-free, but very noisy due to the compressors. So we actually loved having our very long porch along a quiet street that is tree-line, instead. We sat out in the comfortable chairs every morning and evening.
It really is a large (for a condo) gourmet kitchen. There is tons of closet space and privacy between the two bedrooms as they are separated completely by the layout. The decor is low-key of a very good quality and all the sheets and towels feel new. It was spotless.
The unit is on the upper floor and has its own elevator, so you don't even have to climb one flight of stairs if you don't care to. Although we were there for a weekend, you would feel quite at home here for an indefinite stay and lack for nothing.
Everything was great just as it appeared on the site. The rooms/apartment/townhouse were nice and spacious--fully equiped . The location was convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend it. There are a number of restaturants and bars nearby all are very close and in walking distance.
Loved this condo on my recent trip to apalach. Much bigger than we expected. Very clean, comfortable rooms and great location to all of the restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again!!
We rented the Magnolia & Ibis condos (which connect by the outside veranda) for a girls weekend. The location is perfect for walking to the restaurants and shops in town. We had a group of 8 and everyone agreed the beds were comfy, the condo was large enough to all hangout in one if needed, but the veranda is where we spent most of our time when not in town. This is the third time I have rented from Kathy, she is great! We will be back for sure!
