Die Magnolie hell und sonnig mit viel Veranda Platz zu machen, fühlen sich doppelt so groß. In der Innenstadt Eigentumswohnung für 4 Personen in 2 Queensize-Betten. (Maximal 4 Gäste nur - keine Ausnahmen) Die Schlafzimmer sind geteilt, um Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Top-of-the-Line-Geräten. Es gibt einen separaten Büroraum für diejenigen, die nicht ganz weg von allem zu bekommen. Privaten Aufzug, offstreet Parkplätze und günstige Lage der Innenstadt von allem Überfluss. Sitzplätze in der ersten Reihe für Live-Musik in The Bowery Station nebenan (schließt um 21:00 Uhr). Feiertage und besondere Ereignisse erfordern einen Mindestaufenthalt von 3 Nächten.

Perfect Location

We were in Apalachicola for a wedding and decided to make it a weekend trip. Good for the Soul was the perfect location! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and bars. The space is decorated beautifully and the balcony was a great place for sitting with a glass of wine. Checking in was super easy and Jordyn was very friendly and helpful with questions about the town. We will definitely rent this space again!

Wonderful stay

It was great. Beautiful. Loved the colors and the decor and outside porch. Everything about this place was great. The one thing there that I don’t think was mentioned was the elevator and one of us has bad knee so he used it each time rather than step. Love the place!

Perfect location

This is the perfect location. Close to bars, shops and restaurants. A plus that is has parking. The apartment was great for two adult couples. Open concept in the living area and a fantastic, huge balcony overlooking downtown. Enjoyed our stay. The unit seemed to have everything we needed for a long weekend.

Would stay here again!

We had a great time here! The space was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. The property was located next to a venue with live music.

Wonderful Anniversary

"Good for the Soul" lives up to its name. We had an amazing time at Apalachicola! We loved our condo and thought it was one of the NICEST places we had ever rented. We hope to be back. LOVED IT! Very clean, and everything was first-class and well-thought-out! Easy check-in and out and we enjoyed having the elevator.

Labor Day in Apalach

We have stayed twice at this cute and convenient condo. This time neither tv worked. I reached out to the property manager 3 times as we wanted to watch football game. She replied once and said to give it a few seconds. I expected a maintenance person to stop by but no one did and I never heard from the leasing agent . That was disappointing. The refrigerator is also making a loud noise. This unit needs more / better pillows . There are some lamps without bulbs. Otherwise I would stay again. I am writing this because a few touches would have made this much better. The tv in the bedroom does not work at all as my husband and a few others tried several times. The cable box may be dead.

Memorial Day in Apalach

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was more spacious even than the pictures suggested....a great location and layout! We used the elevator as well. Thank you~

Apalachicola Independence Weekend

Great relaxing place. close walking to everything in Town. Just a short drive to St. George Island for Beaches and St. Park. The Town had a really great Fireworks and Party on the 3rd of July right in front of the Magnolia Place.

We really look liked this condo- great location and spacious. We didn’t rank it 5 stars as the mattresses were not comfortable at all. Also preferred a larger bed.

Excellent Downtown Accommodations

Super nice, clean, well appointed, comfortable and pretty. Located in the heart of Apalachicola, it provided everything one would want for a couple of days or a year. It’s also a reader or writers dream. Loads of interesting books and an office alcove to write in. I highly recommend it.

Nice apartment

It was a nice place, more than enough room for four adults. It was very clean. My biggest complaint was we had just a little of things like paper towels and plastic bags for trash. The dishwasher didn’t work,and there were no sharp knives in the kitchen.

Great location, beautiful interior

The house was incredibly clean and perfect spot for a visit to Apalachicola. Everything you need is within a short walk. If you like Country music (we don't) there's a fun bar with live music right across the street. The only slight negative was a lot of hoops to jump through with the rental company. to get checked in.

Great location, nice condo

What a great condo. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The elevator is a HUGE plus when taking bags and groceries upstairs. The balcony is great for sitting and relaxing while enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Kitchen is large and well-appointed and the unit is spacious, light, and comfortable.

Great location and fabulous unit!

Loved the Magnolia and it’s great private balcony- it’s huge. Across the street is a fun venue that plays music and everyone in town comes to. Loved our visit! Saw St George Island and got veggies from the farmers market, walked around and enjoyed the shopping. Great food at The Station, Up the Creek, Brunch at the Owl ( get there early to get in line for the 11am opening it’s worth it, 13 Mile Seafood for great fresh caught seafood to prepare in the condo. Gelato at Chocolate and coffee was delicious and of course The Gibson Hotel for cocktails. If you haven’t been to them area you’ll love it!!

Gorgeous, Comfortable, Expansive, but Loud

The property is magnificent from the inside. It is spacious, luxurious, and perfectly welcoming. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the interior of the property; however, there is one element that will keep us from selecting it again. Directly across the street is a bar with live music. It's good music, and a perfectly fine bar, but the music is extremely loud and continued past midnight Thursday through Saturday night. It made conversation impossible on the balcony and sleeping nearly impossible until it ended. If not for the music, the property would be absolutely perfect.
