Villa Marica - Split, Croatia

The house with a pool is located in a quite neighborhood, 300 m away from the beautiful beach and promenade Žnjan. It is a perfect holiday resort for a family or a group of friends and provides a comfortable stay for 12 person.


Residence consits 3 floors and basement.
On the first floor there is a kitchen with all necessary equipment and spacious living room. From the living room you can get out on the terrace overlooking the pool. On the first floor there is also one single room and 2 bathrooms with shower cabins.
Second floor consists of 4 bedrooms - 3 with double beds and 1 one single room. Three of the four bedrooms have a balcony . On the second floor there is also a large bathroom and an anteroom with a large closet (or a pantry) .
Third floor consists of two rooms, both with double beds. One of the rooms has a balcony. Third floor also has a living room and there is billiards (pool) and football table: On this floor there is bathroom with a shower cabin. There is a kitchen too.
In the basment there is welness room - Sauna and whirpool (jaccuzii) and gym.
Notice - Sauna is free 3 times for a week for 3 hours. More time is extra charged.

Outside area
Swimming pool is private. Only for you.
Near the pool you have BBQ area, there is picado game, beer on tap (can be oredered for you).
NOTICE: we have to clean pool every 3-4 days so we will arrange cleaning time with you
KIDS AREA: there is trampoline, kids playing house, a swing and teeter totter for kids

Neighbourhood is calm and not so urban. Beautiful, large beach (also a promenade) is only 300 m away from the house or less than 5 minutes by a walk . Bacvice beach, the most famous beach in Split is 1,5 km away or around 20 minutes by walk.
Bus station is few minutes by walk from the house and the center is only 2km away or three bus station away from the house (or 20 -25 minutes by a walk). Small shopping center and green market are maybe 5 minutes by a walk from the apartment and closest supermarket is less than 2 minutes by walk.. as you can se everything is at your fingerprints.
