Guests will enjoy full access to the home, with the exception of the garage.

Inside, the open floor plan is filled with natural light, wide-plank oak floors, vaulted ceilings, and a dramatic stone fireplace. Accordion-style doors connect the living room to a large ocean-facing deck, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow for dining, lounging, or entertaining. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, a large center island, and a wine fridge—ideal for hosting memorable meals.

Three guest bedrooms are located downstairs. Two feature full-sized beds with a shared full bath at the end of the hall, while the third is exceptionally spacious with a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, and direct entry from the backyard. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony with panoramic views. An additional office provides space for remote work or a quiet retreat. Each bedroom includes a TV for winding down after a day in the sun.

Outside, the landscaped patio and glass-framed deck make the most of San Clemente’s coastal breezes and golden sunsets. Guests can park two cars in the driveway, with additional street parking available. (Garage not included.)

Additional Things to Note:
- Security deposit is required.
- Dogs are considered. If approved, additional pet fee and pet deposit will apply.
- Kindly be aware that a monthly allowance of $400 covers gas and electricity expenses. Any usage surpassing this limit will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Renters staying for more than 4 weeks are required to schedule mid-stay cleanings.
