Welcome to Windswept, our thoughtfully designed retreat in Miacomet, conveniently located mid-island and just five minutes from town. Blending coastal charm with modern comfort, the house offers a serene setting for an unforgettable island escape. Inside, you’ll find spacious accommodations featuring two King suites, one Queen bedroom, and a bunkroom with three Twins, along with three full and two half well-appointed bathrooms.

Outdoors, Windswept invites you to your own private oasis with a pool, oversized hot tub, infrared sauna, and outdoor shower—the perfect way to refresh after a day at the beach. Windswept is meant to be a place of rest and renewal.

The first level features a new gourmet kitchen equipped with Monogram appliances, including a gas range—everything you need for cooking and entertaining. It opens seamlessly into an airy dining and living area complete with a Samsung Art TV and cozy lounge. A door off the living room leads to a private back patio, perfect for effortless indoor-outdoor living. This level also includes a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a Queen bedroom with a connecting bath.

Upstairs, a loft area provides an additional gathering space with a gas fireplace and Samsung Art TV. Another King bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, while a bunkroom with one Twin bunk and one Twin bed—plus deck access and an extra powder room—adds flexibility for families or larger groups.

The lower level is designed for comfort and fun, with a large sectional sofa, big-screen TV, Peloton bike, game table, desk, and laundry area. A powder room and linen closet add convenience, while a separate entrance from the backyard offers easy access to the pool area.
