Clean, quiet, and comfortable

The villa was really nice, clean, and had plenty of dishes and cookware to use. The unit was also cleaned each morning, which was a nice surprise. It is on a golf course, so it had a nice view and was very quiet. Close to Disney parks, so it was perfect location for our vacation!

Misleading

Description and photos failed to let us know that the building was structurally unsound. The patio was blocked off for fear an upper story balcony might collapse. Therefore no patio as pictured and described. Broad yellow tale on sliding glass doors obscured the golf course view as pictured. Even though printed check-in information offered daily maid service, it had been discontinued due to COVID. How hard is it to edit your documents? Photos and printed descriptions need to honestly represent the property. They did not. When we complained we were offered a room in their hotel. If we had wanted a hotel room we would have booked one in the first place. We wanted a quiet first floor condo with a patio and golf course view. We did not get that. Very disappointed in Reunion Resort management. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

Was great and fantastic location.

The stay at reunion was very good the apartment was clean and extremely convenient to the parks. My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights and couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you.

Beware!! This isn't the villa you actually get.

Upon arrival the check in process is confusing as to where to go as it is not in the main building like you would think. You check in at a home down the road within the complex. We were given a villa that was not the one in this picture. The fridge leaked and ruined some of our food on the first night, the toilet ran after every flush unless I fixed it each time, and the air conditioning was outside of the villa in the hallway. I tried calling the number on the paperwork and found out it was not a working number so the next morning we went and complained about the conditions. We were given a second unit that again was not the one in the picture. The unit had a coffee table in need of repair, the wood floors had big gaps between the planks so stubbing you toe and tripping were inevitable, there was a mold patch above the shower that they poorly attempted to cover up, and a kitchen that barely has any supplies (so don't plan on really cooking while you are here.) The kitchen stools.. all 3, were broken so no one could eat at counter, forcing us to eat our meals on the couch. I brought these concerns to the attention of the manager at checkout and she stated she knew about the chairs. If she was aware of this then why did we get placed in this villa that also had problems? This experience was horrible and we were only here for three nights. We spent part of one of our three days trying to fix our situation and move villas instead of enjoying our first day there. Do not stay here as things are not always as they seem. The beautiful pictures they post are not really the villa you will be staying in. I could not be more disappointed with the response from management as to their response to my concerns.

We had a wonderful time!!! The condo was next to the excerise room and the beautiful pool. Well kept grounds. Our balcony over looked the golf. We would definitely stay there again.

Okay room; poor communication

Villa was in good condition and clean. Unfortunately the bathroom was attached to the bathroom with a giant window over the jacuzzi tub, so whenever someone needed to shower, no one could be in the bedroom. The company responsible for managing these villas is hard to get a hold of, and not very transparent. Check-in was a confusing and unclear process, and there was no information given to us regarding check-out, so we just made sure we were out by 11:00a. Also, we never had enough towels. The max number of guests allowed is 4, so you'd think there would be 4 sets of bath towels/washcloths. Nope. The first three nights, I had to call to get more towels, and they never brought them until the 4th day. By the last couple days, they only supplied us with two towels. Like, I had to use the floor towel to dry off. Unacceptable!

Just Right for weekend getaway

Nice resort, clean villa and very spacious. Not close to all attractions but close to Disney. Full kitchen with all utensils. House keeping everyday. My only issue was the balcony door didn't lock and the washcloths where very hard. Overall I will stay here again.
