Use of Amenities

* Pool heating requires a 48-hour advance request and incurs an
additional cost for a minimum of two consecutive days.
* The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and lacks jets; it can only be
heated when the pool is heated and will share the same temperature.
* The pool heater functions through heat exchange and may not work in
cold weather. If the desired temperature is not achieved, refunds
are not provided.
* No daily housekeeping service is included. The property will be
cleaned by a professional service before check-in. Mid-stay
cleaning is available for an additional fee.
