Mein Platz ist in der Nähe von Nachtleben, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, dem Flughafen und dem Stadtzentrum. Mein Platz ist gut für Paare, Solo-Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

Mein Studio befindet sich im 16. Stock des 1. Turms - dem MGM Grand und dem Strip am nächsten!

Treten Sie in die 550 Quadratmeter große Suite und genießen Sie eine eigene Sitzecke mit einem Flachbild-TV, eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, ein Kingsize-Bett mit exquisiter Bettwäsche und einen entspannenden Whirlpool.

Es gibt auch viele Clubs und Bars im MGM Grand. Schauen Sie sich ihre Website an! Sie können auch den Pool und andere Pools des MGM Grand nutzen!

Nachdem Sie durch den MGM Grand laufen, sind Sie direkt auf dem Strip, was ziemlich süß ist. :)

Das Parken ist nur Parkservice und KOSTENLOS. Dies ist besonders schön, weil andere MGM-Eigenschaften beginnen, für das Parken zu verlangen.

Am nächsten zum Strip
Mein Studio befindet sich im Tower 1 - dem nächsten MGM Signature Tower zum Strip und nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß!

Tower 2 und 3 benötigen jeweils weitere 5 Minuten zum Strip - wenn Sie Standorte anderer Objekte vergleichen, denken Sie daran, dass Tower 3 volle 20 Minuten vom Strip entfernt ist!

Andere Dinge zu beachten:

Perfect conference stay

This property is ideal for our global conference held at the MGM Grand Arena. I love that it's attached to the MGM so you don't have to step outside to get to the conference. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and we shopped prior to checking in so we had the best of both worlds. The owners checked in with me on arrival and were so kind and courteous. I would recommend to everyone!

FABulous condo and location!

This was a perfect location! The owners were great communicators. Super easy reservation process. A helpful bell captain welcomed us and brought our luggage to our room, less than 3 minutes after we entered the room. The room was just as advertised. It was super clean…it was PERFECT! 5-star, A+

Nice spot just off the strip

Place is just like the pictures show. Everything you need is there. Was nice not having to walk through a casino to get to the room. There are a couple small signs of wear and tear but nothing major. I'm sure this place get a lot of use. Communication was great with the owner and always responsive. It's located on the 16th floor so you get a pretty good view.

The furniture was dirty and beat up. The suite is out dated. The pool in tower one was shut down for a season. Very long walk to the strip. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The suite was well stocked. We had enough of everything for our stay.

Thank you for your review Teresa! You'll be happy to know we are rolling out updates and renovations over the next six months. The pool in Tower One had an emergency closure during your stay, however, you have access to another seven pools on the property during the summer season. Tower One is the closest to the strip, however, you can take a long detour through the MGM casino if you wish - casinos are built to get you lost in the gaming area!

Nice place but needs deep cleaning and furniture update

The suite was lovely but it was so dirty we had to leave our shoes on. Only 4 bath towels for two guests staying for 6 night. If I wanted more towels I would have to pay $35.

Thank you for your review Yvonne; it would have been helpful to all of us if you checked under the bathroom sink for extra towels since our suites accommodate 4 guests and hence has 8 bath towels. As indicated in our listing, our suite is serviced by a third party cleaning company that is not part of the resort staff (as are all privately owned suites in the resort); the fee covers the time for an employee of the cleaning company to make a specific trip to the resort to accommodate those requests. Please note that we do not add any markups as the request is done directly with the cleaning company.

Perfect Vegas rental with strip views

Our stay in Las Vegas was absolutely fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hosts were incredibly informative and caring, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless, and they responded promptly to any questions we had. The property itself is located in a smoke-free hotel, which was a huge plus for us. It felt refreshing to come back to a clean, fresh environment after exploring the city. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was the location—super convenient with easy access to the monorail, making it a breeze to get around. We were just a short walk from the MGM Grand, so we could enjoy the best of the Strip without worrying about transportation. We will definitely be booking here again for our next trip to Vegas! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an stress-free and enjoyable stay close to the strip!

MGM Signature Condo

Overall the condo was very nice, and depending on what you are interested in visiting, was close to many attractions. Check in was easy, and there was fairly easy access to the Monorail. The Signature pools were basic, but nice and less crowded than the pools at the Casinos. Also had access to MGM Grand ammenities, so if you were looking for a party pool you could also do that. Only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review was the bed. Not the worst that I have slept in, but the mattress was very firm and not very comfortable to me. Was nice to have a balcony and a kitchen. I felt that the kitchen was well supplied. Overall a very nice alternative to staying a Vegas hotel/casino.

Great communication! Easy to work with! Fantastic experience

We traveled for work for a week and everything was great. This is in tower 1 so the uber/lyft stand is right outside. The staff overall was great to work with. There were plenty of towels and supplies for the time we stayed. We are coffee drinkers, so we took our own filters and coffee grounds it worked out perfect. There is a laundry facility on site so if you stay long enough you have access to that which was a huge bonus for us. My only suggestion (which is so crazy small) is for more hangers. With 2 people traveling for work, there wasn't enough for us to hang all our work clothes, but we made due. Would definitely book again!!

Central location, everything we needed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This condo was perfect for my friend and me. We are 70, and not partiers or gamblers. This location was perfect for us to explore the strip. The monorail is a 5 minute walk from the condo, and the strip is just as close. There are restaurants in the MGM, and many more within an easy walk. The condo had everything we needed to cook simple meals or reheat leftovers; there's a table and chairs for eating. The living room is comfortable for relaxing---we even watched a movie one night! The large bathroom with double sink gave us plenty of space. We swam laps in the pool every morning before it got too crowded with families enjoying themselves. Joe and Deborah promptly answered all our questions both prior to and during our stay. We both highly recommend this place!

THE ONLY WAY TO DO VEGAS

SUITE WAS IMMACULATE ..WELL CARED FOR AND LOVED AND CONTEMPORARY HOSTS JOE AND DEB OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATORS AND PROCESS FLAWLESS TOWERS ARE WONDERFUL....VERY PRIVATE ..NO LINES FOR AMENITIES NO CASINO OR OVERWHELMING SMOKE....BUT MGM GRAND IS ONLY BRIEF WALK IN ENCLOSED PRIVATE CORRIDORS WITH ACCESS TO ALL MGM AMENITIES AND CONVENIENCES A PRIVATE UBER ROTUNDA SERVES ONLY THE THREE TOWERS AND NEVER A WAIT VEGAS STRIP COUPLE OF BLOCKS AWAY ONLY...CAN WALK THE DISTANCE OF THE STRIP FOR ALL SITES AND VENUES (UNLESS WIFE COMPLAINING ABOUT HER HEEL HEIGHT..) THREE PRIVATE POOLS FOR TOWERS ONLY WITH NO NEED TO COVET CHAIRS OR LOUNGES WE SLEPT LATE..WALKED AND WORKED OUT ..THEN A DINNER AND SHOW EACH EVENING.. A GLASS OF WINE ON PRIVATE OUTDOOR BALCONY TO END EACH EVENING ...SO VERY NEEDED AND RELAXING......FOR A STRESSED OUT TWO PHYSICIAN COUPLE WANT TO GO BACK ALREADY..AND PLAN TOO IVE STAYED AT MOST EVERY VENUE ON THE STRIP AND WONT DO IT ANY OTHER WAY NOW

Just book the hotel/casino instead

Arrived a few hours early and was told by the hotel we could leave our bags so we did. Once we were fi ally able to check in we got out key cards from the desk and went to our room. typical hotel room with a small kitchenette, which is why I think it’s considered a VRBO. unfortunately because this is a VRBO, you do not have the same access to the hotel as you normally would if you were staying here. This includes room service, replenishing towels, turn down service etc. with it being a typical hotel room, though you don’t have much storage to supply your guests with needed items. For example, we ran out of towels after the second day and had to contact the host to contact the front desk to then schedule for towels to come upstairs versus just being able to go downstairs because we were told we had to contact the host to get anything from the hotel that we needed. this became frustratingly tedious as it’s like using a third-party app for something that you should be able to grab right in front of you. lesson learned we will never book a VRBO in a hotel or casino. We will just be using the hotel or casino themselves as you get full services and are not limited access to anything like we were. We were told we’re not allowed to use the pool other facilities only go up to our room since that’s all we had access to according to the host to front desk. Waiting to check in. Will not book again.

Thank you for your review, Aaron! As mentioned in the listing, the studio is a private property located in a condo hotel. Our guests have the same access to the resort amenities (including the pools, gym, and valet parking) as hotel guests. The only difference between our guests and hotel guests is that you do not receive daily cleaning or towel services .... but also save on the daily resort fee of $41.95 (at 2024 rates, which only hotel guests are required to pay) and generally a steep discount on nightly rates.

Birthday weekend for NFL game

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend. Came to town for the football game but able to do so much more due to this great location. Will absolutely stay again!!!
