We want our guests to know that this home is personal to us. Adam has been visiting Kauai for over 25 years and fell in love with the island long before purchasing this condo in 2022. After using an island property manager, together with his partner Bernadette, we now manage the rental ourselves. We visit regularly and enjoy adding thoughtful touches to make each stay comfortable and memorable. Our hope is that you’ll feel at home here and grow to love Kauai as much as we do.

Poipu and Pili Mai truly offers the best of Kauai. This neighborhood has the island’s sunniest weather, easy access to world-class beaches, and a wide choice of dining from casual to fine. We also love being so close to historic Old Koloa town for its charm and local shops. Pili Mai is one of the few communities on the island with central air conditioning, and 8C happens to have one of the very best views in the entire complex.
