The interior is fairly spacious and is perfect for relaxing, playing games, watching movies, cooking & spending time together!

The living area is cozy and tucked under the loft. You may need to duck down a little bit if you are taller than average. There's about 5'9" clearance space to stand inside the living area, but there are wood beams that are a foot lower than that as you enter the space.

The loft is "tiny" and cozy with a low, slanted ceiling. You must climb steep stairs to get to the loft bed. There is just enough room for a Queen size bed so not a lot of space to move around or stand up. It's part of the uniqueness of a tiny home!

There is parking space available for 1-2 vehicles.

Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password & Smart Lock Code for keyless entry will be sent three days prior to guest's arrival.

Firewood bundles can be purchased at several stores in Morton (8 miles away):
Morton Country Market (Thriftway) - wood bundles
Northwest Home Center - Wood/Kindling bundles
Chevron Gas Station/Food Mart - Wood bundles

Please keep fires to a minimum size 2'x2' (no large fires) and respect burn bans when in effect.

The cabin does not have a washer/dryer or dishwasher.

The swim hole is just a quick 5-minute (or less) walk away! To get there, head back out to the main highway (the same way you arrived), turn left, and you’ll see it just across the road by the bridge on your right. If you prefer to drive, there’s convenient parking available right next to it.

You may occasionally see workers, groundskeepers, or cleaners at neighboring cabins as they’re being refreshed and maintained. We appreciate you understanding as the property continues to be cared for and improved.

🔸 No extra guests
🔸 No smoking or vaping of any kind inside cabin
🔸 No pets allowed on property
🔸 Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM
🔸 Must be at least 21 years old to book
🔸 Please be respectful of neighboring cabins - do not enter their designated spaces
🔸Must abide by burn ban rules when in effect
🔸Keep fires in the firepit to a minimum (no large fires)

✔ Wash/Rinse dishes and put away
✔ Place used towels in bathroom shower
✔ Gather trash and put in outside trash can
✔ Leave all bedding on bed
✔ Lock windows and doors
✔ Turn off all lights, TV, appliances & propane tank
✔ Log out of Personal Accounts on TV
✔ Leave heat at 68 degrees
✔ Keep AC on during summer months
