HOUSE RULES:
Must be 21 or older to book our home.
No pets allowed.
No motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or trailers.
Wristbands are required to use the onsite amenities. Eight wristbands are available with the rental of this unit.
Parking passes are required to be displayed on your vehicle when parking in the parking structure. Two parking passes are available for each unit.
No smoking on the property. A $500 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside!
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.

***If you used pool wristbands during your stay please leave them in the condo to avoid being charged a $50 per wristband replacement fee***

Pool And Hot Tub Disclaimer:
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Children always need to be supervised.
Minimum Age for Hot Tube Use is 14.
SPA Heater on all Year.
Lazy River: Heater on April , May, Sept, and October.
Indoor Pool: Heater on September - May. Off June, July and August.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool.
There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.

Charcoal Grill Disclaimer:
The charcoal grills are property of the Homeowners Association (HOA). Hosts are not responsible for the condition or maintenance of these grills. Use is at your own risk, and users assume full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur. Charcoal not provided.
