Diese Wohnung befindet sich zwei Blocks von der 24th Street Bühne und der Old Coast Guard Station & Museum. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Convenience-Stores, Apotheken, Kinos, Souvenirläden und Restaurants. Verbringen Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen die Sonne und Surfen, Wandern oder Radfahren auf der Promenade und den angrenzenden Radweg, Entspannung in der sanften Meeresbrise von Ihrem Ozean Balkon oder im pulsierenden Nachtleben Mitnahme Atlantic Avenue!
Das historische Dreieck von Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown & Jamestown, Busch Gardens Vergnügungspark, Water Country USA und mehrere Outlet Malls sind nur eine Stunde Autofahrt entfernt. Das Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, Ocean Breeze Waterpark und Motor World Kart fahren sind alle ein 5 Autominuten entfernt.
Kamla ist ein privat geführtes, 15 Einheit, 6-stöckiges, direkt am Meer Wohnkomplex befindet sich an der Virginia Beach Boardwalk zwischen 21. und 22. Straße auf Atlantic Avenue. Diese Wohnung ist ein zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei und eine halbe Bad 1250 sq. Ft. End-Gerät mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Ein eigener Balkon befindet sich auf der Strandseite der Wohnung entfernt, endlose Aussicht auf das Meer und Sonnenaufgänge präsentiert mit Glasschiebetür Zugang vom Wohn- / Esszimmer. Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang in späten Nachmittag, bevor die Aufregung der Atlantic Avenue zum Leben erweckt wird.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 40-Zoll-HD-Fernseher mit Kabel-und DVD-Player.

Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett Schlitten, 2 Nachttische mit Lampen, Doppel-Kommode, einem 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, Wecker, Bad mit Jacuzzi-Wanne. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten, 2 Nachttische mit Lampen, eine Kommode, TV und Bad. Es ist ein stapelbarer Waschmaschine und Trockner für den privaten Gebrauch. Eine halbe Bad befindet sich nahe dem Foyer. Diese Wohnung hat einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz, in der gated und eine Garage. Eine begrenzte Anzahl von nicht zugewiesenen Stellplätze sind in der Gated Bereich auf einer ersten verfügbaren come, first served.

Nur für familien Dies ist ein streng kein Haustier, kein Rauchen Einheit.

The condo was great. It is a little dated but very comfortable. The location is amazing. Steps from the action and beach. The building is controlled access and that was nice. We fet very safe in the area going out day or night. One item to note thet has nothing to do with the condo, is the noise. The street noise is very loud - cars/motorcycles revving engines for show. The planes from the naval base fly over too, which we thought was cool, but it is loud.

VA Beach-Home away from home

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We vacation in VA Beach every summer. It was our first time staying at this property. Overall, everything was great! Very spacious and clean! The A/C in the master bedroom was not as cool as the other rooms. We did find a stand up fan in the closet which we used. It helped some. We would stay again. Margie and her Team were pleasant to work with.

We had a great stay in Virginia Beach! The 2 bedroom 2.5 bath layout was perfect for our family of three with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The two balconies were nice for taking in the ocean views and action on Atlantic Avenue. The condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. We loved the convenient location, being able to walk to restaurants, shops, mini golf, and being right on the beach. The host was great. She was very responsive, friendly, and provided all necessary information in a clear and concise way. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Virginia Beach!

The street side is busy at night esp the weekends so would recommend ear plugs or white noise for those nights but I already came prepared so had no issues. The place was clean and bright. We felt safe and no issues with the parking area. Would recommend this place and would definitely go back there. Margie is a doll to work with as well.

Highly recommend

The Kamla is centrally located on the strip. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, Music venues (17th & 24th street stages) and many activities for all ages like mini golf, flipper McCoy's, Dinosaur animatronics and haunted houses! Not to mention the shopping and of course the BEACH!

Will stay again!

Great condo! Very clean and located in the heart of Atlantic Ave. The condo has two balconies- one is ocean front from the living area and the other is in the main bedroom which overlooks Atlantic Ave. It is quite loud as you are on a strip with all the nightlife happening- bars and shops play loud music, etc. but we were all so exhausted at the end of the day it didn’t matter much. The master bedroom was not bad but the 2nd bedroom did seem to collect the outside noise more. Great views of the ocean, only a few steps from the boardwalk and sand. They have a fully stocked kitchen and laundry washer and dryer which was nice! There is a few poor homeless chaps who sit on the benches below the building but they never bothered anyone at all. Nice as can be really but thought I’d mention it just in case. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Great place, amazing view!

Everything from booking to check in and out we’re easy as could be! Margie was great through the whole process. The condo was beautiful with a great view from both balconies. The night life around the area was crazy fun to observe from the bedroom balcony. The parking was a tight squeeze but the nice gentleman working was great with helping guide us to park easier each time. The bathrooms need some updating and some items in the condo need some repairs, but overall it was a great stay! We will definitely be back.
