HOUSE RULES (Clear & Simple)
General
• Minimum age to rent: 30
• Guest who books must be present for the entire stay
• No parties, events, or local gatherings
• Quiet residential neighborhood — quiet hours 9 PM–9 AM
• No smoking, vaping, or drugs anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). Violation: $500 fee

Parking
• Park in garage or driveway only
• No street parking
• Maximum 3 vehicles

Pool & Outdoor Area
• No glass in or around the pool or patio
• Clean grill after use and keep it away from the enclosure screening

Pets
• No pets unless approved in advance by owner

Care & Respect
• Please treat the home as if it were your own
• Return items to their original place after use

Liability
• Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or lost items

Verification & Agreement
• Government issued ID may be required within 48 hours of booking
• Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking

Subleasing
• Strictly prohibited — violation results in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of remaining reservation
