For years our family has been coming up to Lutsen Mountains to enjoy one of the best ski resorts in the Midwest. When we discovered all the incredible things the north shore has to offer during the rest of the seasons, we had to have a home on the north shore. We wanted a place to “get away from it all”, and connect with family and friends. We bought our cozy 2 bedroom townhome last year and have had wonderful memories made here and we hope that you will make fantastic memories here at our place that we affectionately call “Shared Summit”. We’ve captured the beauty of the area with large art pieces on the walls for local landmarks and sites that you can see on our wall, and actually go and see them in person. We have a Loft bedroom (Waterfall Room) with pictures of magnificent waterfalls that are within an hours drive of our townhome. Our Living Room has art of local lighthouses and cliffs that you can visit. Our lower level bedroom (The Ski Room) highlights the winter fun of Lutsen Mountain Resort!with a double bed and single bunk beds that comfortably accommodate 6 guests (we do have a small pull out couch to ‘squeeze in’ 2 more guests if your a ‘close group’). Whatever Minnesota North Shore adventures you have planned, you can come home to relax in front of a crackling fire, lounge on the deck, enjoy over 50 games with your group on our Infinity Game table, challenge someone to a game on Xbox, or make some popcorn, pull up an oversized bean-bag and enjoy a movie on our 65” TV with theatre sound in our “Ski Room”. We have everything you need to feel right at home!

Resort Amenities: Pools and hot tubs are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed; refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking prior to receiving check-in details.
