Summary:

Morning Coffee with a view....Start your vacation enjoying the beautiful view from the balcony of Atlantic Ocean! This one bedroom - one bath has full kitchen, living room.

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.



The Space:

The unit has a queen bed in the bedroom. Kitchen appliances: dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave. Shared laundry access on property.

This unit has been updated as of March of 2022!



Guest Access:

You have access to - Hot tub, sauna, fitness center/gym, putting green, bar/restaurant The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)



The Neighborhood:

The south end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. With Family Kingdom Amusement Park just a quick walk away and the kiddie water area right by the pools, you have fun right at your fingertips. There are also numerous oceanfront restaurants within just a few miles from the resort.



Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.



Other Things to Note:

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 21 years of age to book our properties.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
