Enjoy this unique chalet featuring a heated indoor pool (open from June to September), a spa, and a wood-burning fireplace. The cathedral ceilings in the living room and the large stone fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen, located on the main level, is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. Open to the dining room, living room, patio, and large backyard, it offers the perfect setup for enjoyable stays.

Large windows provide a splendid view of the surrounding forest and wildlife. This chalet is the perfect place to create cherished memories and enjoy unforgettable moments with family or friends. The neighborhood offers a variety of family-friendly activities, ranging from festivals to sporting events. Ideally located, everything is just a few minutes away by car.

Please note that the pool and pool building are closed from late September to late May.

Power outages
In case of a power outage, we have water and a lantern located in the kitchen pantry.
Please note that we have no control over weather conditions. No refunds or compensation will be provided.
We do not have a generator in the event of a power outage.

Visitors
- Guests are allowed to host a maximum of 12 visitors at any time during their stay.

- Guests must ensure that the maximum number of visitors is not exceeded and that visitors comply with these house rules.

- Any additional visitor must be approved in advance during the booking process and is subject to extra fees as indicated in the pricing.
- Minimum age to book is 21 years old with ID.

-Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all areas of the chalet, including inside and outside, including the entrance and common areas (POOL, SPA etc).

-No parties, no loud events, no noise after 11pm

-The number of guests must not exceed the reservation.

- This rule applies to you and your guests and/or visitors.

- We only accept dogs under 50 lbs. Your pet must be added to the reservation, as a $75 fee applies.

- The rules posted on site regarding the spa and pool must be strictly followed.

If this standard is not respected, here are the consequences:
- 1. You will be automatically charged a $1000 fine.
-2. You and your companions will be asked to leave the apartment without any right to a refund.

-Please do not use towels or other linens in the unit to remove makeup or clean other substances (if towels and linens are stained, you will automatically be changed to replace them)

- It is important to respect the neighbors by respecting all our rules as you agreed before booking with us.

- Check out at 11:00 am on your departure day, It is important not to keep the cleaning waiting outside, additional charges will apply for waiting.

- No shoes inside the unit. Shoes must be left in the entrance of the unit.

- Minimum age to book is 21 years old with ID.

The property includes stairs and a bunk bed ladder. Children and individuals who may require assistance must be supervised at all times. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety throughout the stay. We are not responsible for any accidents.
