Guests will have access to the entire house and yard.



The Neighborhood:

Our cabin is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are just a short walk from Lake Gregory. Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear are a short drive away. Hike, bike, or relax by Lake Gregory, all just steps from our cozy cabin.



Getting Around:

Getting around by car is best. Rideshare options are limited.

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, sugar, spices, oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is a private driveway for up to 3 cars to park. Please note that the driveway is STEEP.



THE DRIVE:

All roads are paved, but you will encounter typical mountain roads (some steep, some curvy) on the way to the cabin.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV.



FIREPLACE:

The cabin features a cozy fireplace for you to enjoy during your stay. Please note that we do not provide firewood or matches, but both can be easily purchased at nearby local stores.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

There is a private patio for you to enjoy the mountain views!



BEDROOMS:

There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and the living room has a queen-sized memory foam floor mattress. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots, Pans, Plates, Cups, Utensils, Spices, Oil



SECURITY:

A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.
