The space
Kitchen:
Our chef kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal. We provide coffee/tea, spices, oil, and some condiments.

Living room:
Our huge sectional, 70" TV, and plenty of throw blankets make for the perfect cozy movie night setting.

Outdoor Spaces:
The house has 3 private outdoor spaces. Each King bedroom has its own private balcony with seating. Large fenced backyard hosts pool, gas grill, patio seating, lounge chair, and a hot tub.

Pool:
Saltwater pool with removable safety fence. If your group includes children under the age of 8, we will put up the fence prior to your arrival and ask that you keep it up during your stay.

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom boasts ceiling fans, comfy plush pillowtop mattresses, sound machines, and large windows.
1: First-floor KING bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower.
2: Second-floor KING bed, large ensuite bathroom with custom walk-in shower, private balcony, workout room. QUEEN alcove bedroom.
3: Second-floor KING bed, TV, large private balcony.
4: Second-floor KING&TWIN, TV. (This bed can be easily converted from a twin daybed with a twin trundle, to a king bed with a twin trundle. The bedroom sleeps 3 people.)

Kid's Supplies:
For the younger crowd, we have highchairs, strollers, a pack-and-play, nugget play couches, a Swedish ladder, toys, books, and a basketball hoop.
For teens, we offer a gaming TV, books, art projects, and board games.

We are pet friendly!
Please do not allow pets on the sectional sofa or in the pool.
There is a large fenced dog run 2 blocks away and walking paths along the park's duck pond.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire house and backyard.

For the safety and security of our guests and our property, please be aware that our home is equipped with exterior security cameras. These cameras are located in the following areas and record both video and audio 24/7:

* Google Driveway Camera: Located overlooking the driveway,front yard, and front balcony.

Please Note:
* These cameras only monitor the exterior of the property.

* There are NO cameras inside the home or in any private areas (such as bedrooms or bathrooms), nor are they directed at areas where guests would have a reasonable expectation of privacy

* The purpose of these cameras is to enhance security, deter theft, and monitor compliance with our house rules (e.g., occupancy limits).

* Any attempt to disable, redirect, or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.

By booking and staying at our property, you acknowledge and consent to the presence and operation of these exterior security cameras as described.

We take pride in offering a clean and healthy space. For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking (including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is absolutely forbidden inside our home. The lingering odor and damage caused by smoke require extensive cleaning. Therefore, a $1,000 deep cleaning fee will be assessed to any guest found to have smoked indoors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

To ensure our home maintains its 5-star quality, we've adjusted our pricing to reflect the increased costs of utilities and maintenance. This includes a small extra fee per guest.
This new model allows us to offer the perfect getaway for single travelers looking to indulge in a whole home experience, while also being able to comfortably host large parties of 20+ guests at a price that remains effective for everyone. We believe this approach provides flexibility and value, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay no matter the size of your group.

Parties & Smoking Policy
We love when guests enjoy our home responsibly! While large parties are not permitted, you’re welcome to reach out if you’d like to host a small, approved gathering. Please note: unapproved parties will incur a $1,500 fee to cover extensive cleaning, full sterilization, and any damages. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors—violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
