The condo is located 2 blocks from the boardwalk, beach, Morey's Pier, and waterparks! The condo sleeps 10, has parking for 2 vehicles (one in the garage and one in the driveway), tons of storage space, an outdoor shower, and a large deck with a perfect view of the Ferris Wheel and Friday Night Fireworks!

Built in 2022, this condo is located 2 blocks from the beach in the center of Wildwood! A quick 5 minute walk to the boards, rides, and water parks!

This condo is perfect for one or two families, or a group of friends looking to be in the middle of all the action. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. After a fun day at the beach or a night on the boards, head back to watch the fireworks from the deck!

The Space:
Open floor plan with fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room with 65in smart tv. Center Island with seating for 3, plus couches and seating for 5 in the living room, and an 8 person dining table.

For the Kids: a crib and highchair are available for use. There is also a tub for the little ones!

Bedroom 1 - Master - King with private master bath and walk in shower, and 65in smart TV
Bedroom 2 - Queen
Bedroom 3 - Queen
Bedroom 4 - 2 sets of single bunk beds (sleeps 4), with 35in smart TV

Condo sleeps 10. TOWELS AND LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Cable is not provided. All TVs are smart TVs and guests will have to use their own log in information.

Outdoor Space:
Full garage with space for one car, plus additional car in the driveway.
There is an outdoor shower (not shared).
And a yard that is shared with the unit above.

BRING YOUR OWN:
Towels and Linens are NOT provided
We provide two beach chairs, one umbrella, and a beach wagon but is suggested that you bring your own beach equipment as well.

Rules:
No renters under the age of 27.
No parties.
No pets

We have a ring doorbell so we will be able to tell if you are under the age of 27 and your reservation will be cancelled upon your arrival.

Other things to note:
Condo entrance is located on the right side of the building. We are the 1st floor unit (15 steps up).

Please rinse off all beach equipment prior to checking out.

Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages.

Please run the dishwasher before you leave.

No need to bring the trash to the curb! We will take care of that for you!
