The first floor has lots of areas to chill out and relax, including the living room, dining area, eat-in-kitchen, heated and enclosed porch, and a den off the back deck that's so cozy. Full bath with a new tub/shower, and the washer/dryer are on the first floor. Extra bedding & pillows for added comfort. All bedrooms and the 3/4 bath are on the 2nd floor. Please keep in mind that this home is located in close proximity to neighbors who work and also like to sleep at night.
