Minimum Stay Requirement: In accordance with Schaffer’s Mill community regulations, single-family homes must be booked for a minimum of 6 nights/7 days.

Parking (3 spaces): 1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway.

This home provides access to the golf course as an unaccompanied guest of the owner. Renters may play as many as six rounds for $225 per round.

Club amenities; pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, locker rooms, tennis courts and basketball court are included for registered guests only. No access will be given to anyone not registered at the time of booking. If you need to add guests after booking, please let us know and an additional fee will be added at $25 per adult (per day).
