For sleeping arrangements, the home accommodates up to 9 guests comfortably. There are four bedrooms total, including a downstairs master suite, plus a twin pull-out in Bedroom 2 for added flexibility.

Outdoors, the property shines with direct river frontage and a private dock—perfect for fishing, launching a boat, or watching dolphins and manatees glide by. Note: For security purposes, there are exterior cameras on the property as well as a Ring doorbell at the front entrance.

Guest Access:
We provide keyless entry with use of a digital lock and door code. A gate code for the security gate will also be provided.

Getting Around:
Being on Merritt Island, you're close to the mainland and the beaches. Local transportation includes driving, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. For longer trips, Orlando and other major cities are within a reasonable driving distance
