Willkommen in "Salty Corner", wo die Aussicht auf den Atlantik und den Kure Beach Pier direkt vor Ihrer Tür liegt. Diese einzigartige Eckeinheit verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3. 5 Bäder mit einem offenen Wohnbereich für eine Familiengruppe von 11 Personen. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang, um etwas gutes Essen zu bekommen und die lokalen Dinge zu genießen, die Kure Beach zu bieten hat. Dies ist ein Urlaubsort, der Sie gerne wiederkommen lassen würde.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein hübsches Schlafzimmer am hinteren Ende der Garage mit eigenem Bad, einem TV und einem Ein- und Ausgang, der den Fort Fisher Blvd zeigt. Wenn Sie in den ersten Stock gehen, haben Sie eine schöne, moderne Küche mit einem offenen Wohnbereich, der über einen Essbereich, zwei Sofas und eine Tür verfügt, die auf das Deck führt, um Ihnen die Aussicht zu zeigen. Am anderen Ende ist ein Queen-Schlafzimmer mit einem angeschlossenen Bad. Wenn Sie in die oberste Etage gehen, werden Sie von einem Flur begrüßt, der sich in drei Richtungen teilt. Geradeaus ist die Waschküche; Auf der linken Seite befindet sich ein König Schlafzimmer und ein Verbindungsbad, das eine Stand-up-Dusche sowie eine Badewanne enthält. Auf der rechten Seite führt zu den offenen Räumen und Gewölbedecken des Schlafzimmers. Das Master-Badezimmer hat eine Jacuzzi-Wanne und eine Stand-up-Dusche, der offene Grundriss enthält ein Kingsize-Bett. Vergessen Sie nicht, auf Ihrem eigenen Deck zu gehen, um Ihren Morgen zu genießen! Nur Schritte von der Haustür ist ein Pool für Ihren Gebrauch.

We love the property and the location. My daughter has bad allergies and something set them off this time. Maybe the previous tennant had a pet. I can only speculate. Overall our experience was great as always.

Family Weekend

Absolutely perfect location for a family getaway! Walk to beach, pier, restaurants, small park at Kure Beach, Fort Fisher, Arcade, and the pool was literally just a few steps away! Balconies were a nice size and views were great. Lots of room for the family to relax and enjoy. Even a little rain didn't stop us from a lovely weekend.

Christmas 2024 One for the Books

The property was just as described and very spacious. My 83yr old mother was excited that her bedroom was on the main floor with kitchen and living room, the corner property was a compromise but it didn't disappoint!!! Would book again.

We enjoyed our stay. But there seemed to be an over abundance of bugs and spiders. We did get a prompt response to our complaint, and the unit was sprayed. Overall excellent location and prompt service, easy checkin and checkout

Great Accomodations

We loved the house and the location. Cross the street and you are on the beach. The ONLY reason I gave a four rating was due to the inadequate cooking supplies. There were not enough larger sized pots available to cook for a group like ours.

Thanksgiving 2022

We enjoyed the location of the home and the space. The bedrooms were large, beds comfortable, and great dining space. The home was not as clean as we expected, but we are pretty particular. Checking in was a bit of a hiccup but was resolved within 15-30 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and just appreciated the space.

This was a lovely home and perfect location but the 4th bedroom was downstairs behind the garage. I thought all 4 bedrooms were on the main and upper level.

You can’t be much closer to the pier. The New Years Eve fireworks were right outside the front door. We never did get the tv’s in the bedrooms to work? Maybe we’re not tech savvy enough.

We had an amazing time! The townhouse was three stories, very quiet, and literally 60 seconds from the beach, and only 15 minutes from all kinds of activities and restaurants. The townhouse was very clean and inviting. I wondered about the lower score on cleanliness when I read the reviews but I tribute those solely to the marks on the walls, which simply indicate a little paint touch up would be in order. The bottom floor is the entryway with the door to the right that goes to the garage. At the back of the garage is a bedroom complete with bunkbeds and a half bath. It also has its own doorway exit. This set up worked out well for us since we have a 15-year-old and 11-year-old, but if you have younger children, it could pose a problem since they are technically on the ground floor by themselves. The second floor has the kitchen, living area, and a full bathroom, which is shared by a bedroom with a queen bed. The third floor has two bedrooms complete with bathrooms and the laundry room with a washer and a dryer. The second and third floors have a veranda with a beautiful view of the beach. The pool was still available and the kids had a great time there as well. There were 8 of us and more than enough room for us all.

Location of the unit was that allowed easy access to the beach and loved being able to come back to the pool to get a break from beach. We did have the dryer, dishwasher and A/C unit all break while we were there. The responded to our calls quickly but were unable to fix the dryer and dishwasher which led to a lot of dirty clothes and hand washing of dishes for the week. Not fun with 3 little ones running around. The A/C was fixed in within a couple of hours. Overall good trip but the inconvenience of the dishwasher and dryer breaking was a pain for the week.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Deferred maintenance is very noticeable, property was clean. Didn’t realize that main floor bedroom was at backend of garage. Furniture is worn out and stained fabric. Very minimal and cheap kitchen pans, silverware, knives. Walls (throughout)and ceiling (above dining table)need painted. Missing toilet roll holder in master bath and towel hook. Shower glass needs a good cleaning. Noisy location all hours ... not good for light sleepers. Lots of steps but unit was conveniently located to pier/beach.

The location was great but....

So the location was absolutely beautiful. We could walk across to the beach. We could see the beach from the balconies. So in short wonderful. There was 2 garbage cans. One was breeding nets which wouldnt be such a problem but the kids bedroom is off the garage. So all the nets and flies got into that room. Even more nets and flies were in that room due to someone leaving a sandwich bag of deli meat behind the mini fridge in that room. The smell was awful. Furthermore, the ring inside the toilet suggested that it had not been cleaned. Then there was the random guy that showed up to change out the air filters. I dont understand why that couldnt be done in between occupancy. No one wants a random person showing up to do work that can wait. The unit also needs updating. All in all, the location is unbestable, but the price is ridiculous. I wouldve rather had nicer accommodations amd stayed a little further from the water than to deal with all those bugs.

Called the maintanence guy to come out Saturday night. He seemed annoyed that he had to come, but we had a lot of food in refrig that could go bad and needed refrig fixed. He didn’t really check out anything in refrig and said we would have to wait until the next day. We had to keep all food on ice until middle of next day. Very aggravating !!!! It was finally fixed on Sunday at noon. Washing machine would not spin out the water, so every time we washed, we would have to go mess with it to get the water to spin out !! Aggravation ! Need some blankets in the condo for the beds. Needs more supplies and utensils in the kitchen !!!!! Needs storage bowls, mixing bowls and smaller bowls to eat from. Also needs some variety of casserole type dishes to cook in. This condo just needs some TLC from owner, .... if he cares about his renters !

Hi Judy- We always hate to hear when someones vacation is aggravatiing. Thank you for submitting suggestions for items the unit could use. We were happy to hear there was nothing worong with the refrigerator and that it just needed to catch back up from being filled up with new items. The part for the washing machine came in arfter your departure and has been repaired, thanks for bring that to our attention!

First time at Sunny Vacation Villas

Also the pool was not cleaned and opened until Monday of our vacation week, which was the middle of July???All other aspects of the place was great, clean, plenty of room, nice kitchen, a nice place to vacation the family.
