Location is everything, and this home truly delivers. You are less than one mile from Lake Michigan and some of West Michigan’s most beautiful beaches, just four blocks from downtown Douglas with its cafés, restaurants, galleries, and boutiques, and only 1.5 miles from downtown Saugatuck, a top Midwest destination known for shopping, dining, art, and nightlife. A grocery store is accessible through the back gate, and nearby coffee shops, bakeries, bike trails, walking paths, waterfront parks, and seasonal festivals are all within easy reach. Many guests love being able to park once and walk everywhere.

The home features seven beautifully designed bedrooms, each with a smart TV, modern LED ceiling fan, and hotel-quality linens. The primary suite is a private retreat with a king bed, direct access to the back deck, and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Five additional king bedrooms offer premium mattresses and coastal-inspired décor, providing comfortable and quiet spaces for couples or adults. A queen bedroom is ideal for solo travelers or teens, while the double full bedroom with two full-size beds is perfect for kids or friends traveling together and includes a TV for movie nights.

With three and a half bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready comfortably. The primary en suite includes a double vanity and walk-in shower. A second full bathroom features a tub and shower combination, ideal for families. The third full bathroom offers an elegant rain shower for a touch of luxury, and a convenient half bath is located near the lower-level living space. All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and starter toiletries.

The gourmet kitchen is the heart of the home and designed for gathering. It features a large ten-foot quartz island with seating, two dishwashers for easy cleanup, a beverage refrigerator, and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and serving pieces. The coffee station includes both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The dining table comfortably seats twelve guests, making it perfect for shared meals and celebrations.

Multiple living spaces allow everyone to spread out and relax. The main living room offers a large sectional and smart TV, with floor-to-ceiling sliders that fill the space with natural light and open directly to the deck and backyard. The basement living room provides a second lounge area with a large smart TV and oversized sectional, perfect for kids, teens, or a separate hangout space.

The outdoor space includes a private in-ground pool with comfortable loungers, an outdoor dining patio with seating for the entire group, a charcoal grill for cookouts, and a sandy firepit area with Adirondack chairs for evening s’mores and stargazing. The fenced yard offers both privacy and peace of mind.

The private pool is open annually Memorial Day through early Fall (weather permitting) and is professionally serviced twice weekly during the summer season to ensure it is clean and ready for your stay. Pool heating is available for an additional daily heating fee and must be requested in advance to allow the pool to reach the desired temperature.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer with laundry pods provided, eight smart TVs throughout the home including large 65-inch TVs in the main living spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, beach gear and games for lake days, and parking for up to six vehicles.

Important notes for your stay include no pets, no smoking inside the home, and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to be respectful of neighbors. The minimum renter age is 25. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request after booking. A signed rental agreement is required to finalize all reservations.
