In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.

*We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and maintain minimal noise at all times.*

*This is a NO-SMOKING condo, which means that cigarettes, cigars, vapes, cannabis, pipes, and any other smoking materials are strictly not allowed inside the unit. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.*
