Great location and visit. The property is exactly as described. I do wish all the codes to gates were the same, but property is nice and secure!

Great beach getaway

Island location of condo was wonderful and quick walk to beach. Parking was a breeze and the on site restaurant was a plus! The condo is a lil dated and very limited kitchen supplies but exactly what we needed for a long weekend.

Family trip

My husband of 40 years along with our 2 grown boys with one of their girlfriends spent the week there. Place was perfect just like it said. Enjoyed great family at the beach, in the condo & thought out Tybee.

Great trip

Loved the location of the property. Condo was very clean and had a gorgeous view from inside of condo and on both balconies of the ocean. Enjoyed the pool area and having the restaurant and bar right there as well. Tybee is a great place to visit and was a close drive to Savannah for a day trip. Staff at resort and the property manager was so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed trying the different restaurants in the area. Look forward to going back again!

Great Location

We had a great time on Tybee Island and enjoyed our stay at this condo. Nice resort, lots of parking, and beach front condo which is rare in Tybee. Loved the beach view!! Beach access was very close and liked having the boardwalk to cross the sand dunes. The condo had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 2 babies. Floors could have been a little cleaner but overall it was fine. Would stay here again.

Five adults and this was a decent condo size for us. Really liked the location. Thought we saw something online about beach towels being provided but there were none. Laundry soap would have been nice. Otherwise, everything we needed.

Perfect Family Vacation spot

We ended up with perfect weather and a terrific vacation. Unit #444 has every thing you need for beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, and a boogie board in the closet in case you desire to catch a wave. 3 king bed and plenty of space to so you can spread out with family and friends. Beach access is great but make sure you bring a wagon if you have little ones to cut down on trips. Pools will be refinished in October and we can not wait to enjoy on our next trip up. We visited Creek House by Paula Deen for dinner and it was excellent and only about 15 minutes away. Thank you for another excellent vacation and we will be back next year.

Perfect for my family of 7

This condo was exactly what we needed. We have 3 boys and 2 girls (ranging in age from 10 to 15) so we had 1 room for the boys, 1 room for the girls, and 1 room for us. Our youngest slept on the sofa and enjoyed himself. CHECK IN PROCESS Check in was easy. We stopped by the sales office and a packet of info with my name on it was in the box. All of the key codes for the parking garage, gates and the smart lock were included. CONDITION OF THE CONDO The condo is beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed, including extra trash bags and detergent for the dishwasher. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking in the kitchen as well as silverware. The bathrooms are upgraded with nice granite countertops. Plenty of closets and storage space! The beds were comfortable and have mattress toppers. LOCATION Honestly, I think this is the best location in Tybee Island. The Deck Restaurant and Bar is on the property and has one of the best views of the beach. The food is great and the drinks too! It was very nice to have a pool bar. The two pools are exclusive to the property so they weren't too crowded. Very clean and the pool lounge chairs are new and comfortable. Access to the beach is easy with two ways to get to the beach and several showers to wash sand off when returning. The beach is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved playing in the tidepools. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The condo was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. Well appointed, comfortable couches and beds. The front bedroom we couldn’t open the window as the screen was torn. There were two dogs and heavy smokers below us. Between the smoke and barking it was annoying. But this was nothing to do with the other condo. The tile floor was kind of yucky, always had something on our feet. But I still feel like the positives outweigh the any negatives.

Perfect location!

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Being able to look directly onto the beach met all of my expectations. Beach access was easy. This was a must since we had a four month old with us. The beds were comfortable for the most part. The yellow bedroom is due for a new mattress. The kitchen was equipped adequately. We only ate breakfast in the condo and enjoyed the local restaurants for our other meals. Glad the complex has an elevator since this unit is on the fourth floor. The parking as mentioned in previous reviews is very tight. We loved having The Deck Restaurant on site. So easy to walk over in the evenings to grab a bite or to order out if we didn’t feel like getting in the car. The floors were in need of a good mopping. I feel like the clean up folks just vacuum and spot clean them. I also wish the condo had a broom and dust pan available to renters. I would have tidied up a bit during the week long stay. The bedding was clean. The washing machine and dryer worked well. Over all we had a great time in this condo and hope to return again.

terrible parking , beach very nice. Many good restaurants. The condo interior very clean , exterior was the opportunity. Pools very nice. On site restaurant bar only open a couple days when we were there. Loved the tide pools and how close this is Savannah.

Wonderful stay in Tybee

We usually stay close to the South end but decided this year to stay Mid Beach which we thought would be less crowded. It was! And my family enjoyed this part of the island as much or more as the South part. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Just about everything you need as far as the kitchen appliances and tools were there. Could have used some oven mits but we made do with the kitchen towels. Beautiful condo will be back again.

Disappointing

The condo hadn’t been cleaned at all when we arrived. Bedspreads were dirty. One of the beds was broken. We had to wash bed sheets. I could go on and on. Housekeeping came Sunday morning, but we went several nights with no blankets for the bed. The rental agency did refund the cleaning fee, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

We loved the unit. Would stay there again.

We loved the unit. It was well equipped. There were a few things... The bathrooms were not very clean. The toilets had black rings in them so obviously they were not cleaned. There was a washcloth and pieces of soap in one of the showers. There was mold growing on one of the wicker soap dishes. Also the television in the yellow bedroom has blown speakers so it was unwatchable. Other than these few things the condo was perfect for our family.
