The Space:
This townhouse has a unique layout with breathtaking slope views from all three levels, tons of natural light, and two oversized porches. Unlike many other Stone Ridge units, it offers entry on the main living level (not through the basement), three sets of sliding glass doors, larger porches, and side windows for even more light.

On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy wood-burning fireplace, 65" Roku TV (Netflix, Disney+, Spectrum Cable), Blu-ray player with 100+ DVDs, and premium WiFi with charging stations.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: fridge with icemaker, oven/stovetop, microwave, Keurig & carafe, toaster oven, dishwasher, cookware, and dining space for 9 (6 at the table, 3 at the peninsula). Step out to the deck for year-round views and grilling.

The top floor has the master suite with a king adjustable bed, large full bathroom, and magnificent slope views. Guests love the heated towel rack and stocked closet with board games and puzzles.

On the lower level, two bedrooms each feature full-size bunk beds, sliding doors to the deck, and plenty of light. Extra sleeping options include a pack ’n play, trundle, foam bed, and air mattress—all with bedding. White noise machines are also provided.

This level also includes a second living space with a rock-climbing wall, gas fireplace, 58" Roku TV, sectional, toys/books, Wii-U console with games, and hookup for a Nintendo Switch. The washer/dryer and an additional full bathroom are also here.

Guest Access:
🚗 Parking is available for up to 2 cars during winter months. In spring and summer, additional parking may be available.
🔑 Guests have full access to the townhouse, ski locker, and both decks.

The Neighborhood:
This townhouse is in the sought-after Stone Ridge community, directly across from the Meadow chairlift at HoliMont. You’ll be just a ½-mile walk to downtown Ellicottville, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

In every season there’s something to enjoy: skiing and snowboarding in winter, hiking and biking in summer, plus festivals and events year-round. The views from the townhouse decks keep you connected to the slopes and the village at all times.

Getting Around:
🚗 A car is recommended for getting around the area.
🚶‍♂️ The townhouse is a short walk to town (½ mile) and directly across from the Meadow chairlift at HoliMont.
🚕 Ride-sharing services (Uber/Lyft) may be available, but depend heavily on the day and time of year.

Other Things to Note:
🚫 No parties, smoking, or pets.
🏡 This is our personal home when not rented, and we value good relationships with our neighbors. Please respect parking rules and keep noise levels down.
❄️ The HOA plows the parking lot during winter. We will try to keep the steps shoveled, but guests may need to do some light shoveling during their stay.
