The Space

The Bleriot House sits on a landscaped 6,000 sq. ft. lot and has been designed to feel like home the moment you walk in.

An oversized sectional couch anchors the open-concept living room, perfect for cozy family movie nights, catching up on work, or relaxing after a day of exploring LA. High-speed internet keeps everyone connected.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials — from cookware and utensils to everyday staples like rice, beans, pasta, butter, and eggs. You’ll also find a coffee and tea station with a Chemex, grinder, Bruvi coffee machine with pods, and a selection of teas and matcha.
Enjoy meals together in the dining area with a view of the backyard, or cook up something special in the pizza oven outside.

Primary Bedroom

Your private retreat. The king-sized bed is complemented by blackout curtains for restful sleep, a second TV, and an essential oil diffuser. The en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, double vanity, and thoughtful touches like non-toxic toiletries and a Dyson Airwrap. This bedroom also has its own sliding-door entrance to the backyard.

Kids’ Room

Bunk beds with eco-friendly Avocado twin mattresses make this space ideal for little ones. Blackout curtains help everyone sleep well, and ample dresser and closet space means you can truly settle in.

Guest Room / Office

A versatile space with a pull-out couch that’s actually comfortable, plus a desk for catching up on work. This room can be converted into an office, meditation space, or playroom. Upon request, we’ll stock it with toys to keep the kids happy and entertained.

Second Bathroom

Features a large soaking tub with excellent water pressure. Stocked with non-toxic shampoo, conditioner, and soaps, so you can pack light.

Step outside into your private backyard retreat. Here you’ll find:

A bubbling hot tub for unwinding after a day at the beach.

A flat-top grill, pizza oven, and fireplace for unforgettable outdoor meals.
