*Early Check-in or Late Check-out can be requested for a $30 fee to accommodate the schedule change for our cleaning team.
**$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. Our cleaners are on tight schedules**
2. No shoes to be worn inside the home, especially on the carpeted areas.
3. Quiet hours start at 10pm and end at 7am.
4. No pets. **Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150.00 fine charged to guests.**
5. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings. **There is a $500.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
6. No smoking or vaping indoors. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. No Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND in the unit.
We have a strict no-smoking policy in all our units. You will be fined $500 if you violate. If you must smoke, please do so in the designated area assigned by the building.
7. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. No more than 4 people staying at the unit. Please be honest. We must adhere to bylaws and coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
8. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly on a per hour rate.
9. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
10. Turn off all lights when not in use. Please be mindful of all utility use to help save energy.
11. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact us directly so I can send someone to fix it.
12. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. There is a trash pick up service, you can leave your trash in the black bin (no more that 25lb) outside your unit between 6-8pm Sunday-Thursday. There are also garbage chutes on each floor near the entrance.
13. A $10 charge for every guest after 2.
14. There is a $100 charge if either the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox ($200 if both are missing).
