From its peaceful outdoor lounge to its curated interior, the home is ideal for families, professionals, or creatives seeking a long-term Westside retreat.
This thoughtfully designed home, spanning nearly 1,700 square feet, is ideal for families seeking both comfort and style. Soaring ceilings, arched windows, and meticulous craftsmanship create a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout. The living room flows seamlessly into a formal dining area and a fully renovated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, generous cabinetry, and premium cookware.
Each of the three bedrooms includes its own en-suite bathroom. The primary suite features a California king bed, built-in custom storage, and direct access to the backyard. The middle bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a full-size Murphy bed, making it an excellent option for guests or a flexible office or playroom. Hardwood floors, luxury linens, and a whole-home Sonos system enhance the home’s polished yet comfortable feel.
Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, central heating and air, and an in-unit washer and dryer, with the home fully stocked for extended stays. For families, cribs, high chairs, and other gear can often be provided with advance notice to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
